We have dealt with organizations like this before.  They are middlemen for repairs.  They want you to drop what you are doing, run their service call and jump through hoops with excess paperwork that they provide (our techs are not in the office -- they are out in the field working - so this is not very convenient or efficient), and if you don't have their paperwork signed, dated and stamped by their customer, they may not pay you, and even after all that, they take months to pay.  What a waste of our time!

They are a pay per lead company trying to sell their service to small businesses. Garbage.
