keeps calling and hanging up

Why is this number dialing into my server?  Who are you?

As already stated by knowallseeall, your problem is with your security system programming. If you are a monitored account, you must call your security company to have this corrected or you will continue to have this problem as long as your security system is sending in signals or your have a phone line.  If you are an unmonitored account, call the security company who installed the alarm in your home/business or any security company should be able to assist you.

This phone number belongs to a company called Cellemetry LLC.  In March of 2003 Cingular's 40% shares of Cellemetry was bought by Numerex Corp.  The transaction gives Numerex full ownership of Cellemetry LLC and its subsidiary, Uplink Security Inc. You are receiving an alarm response signal from Uplink Security Inc. from this phone number.  My suggestion, check with your security company, if applicable, or your Dewalt MobileLock if applicable.  If non of these are applicable to you, someone probably entered your phone number into Uplink Security's computer on accident.

I receive this call every day around 1:30 AM. No  body talk. I hang up and the call continue to come back. Is there anything I can do to stop this. Can I sue for this?
