Received a robo call (illegal) to my residence on Do Not Call list (also illegal). From Capital Wealth Management about refin my mortgage. Punched #1 got a man, told him robo was illegal -- he hung up on me.
Call back has AT&T message that the number has been disconnected. So why does enhanced caller ID show the number?

I received a robo-call about debt relief from this number, which is in violation of the Do Not Call law as I'm registered on the national and Georgia Do Not Call lists. When I called the number, I got a recording that the number had been disconnected.
