Same guy, same number, same story! Left a voicemail at 830p, about 4 days after the accident. I returned his call the next day. When I find out he's not with the insurance company, I proceed to ask where he got my number. He hangs up. I call back and he picks up to yell "why does it matter where I got your number, it's just a number" and hang up again.

I got a call from this scumbag 3 days after my accident around 6:30pm (which was strange to be getting this called after close of business, but I dismissed the thought because numerous people worked afterhours). Anyway, someone rear-ended me but there's was slight damage to my car or his. When David West called me he misrepresented his purpose in calling me, but after asking some questions, it became clear what his purpose really was. Even after making it clear that no one in my car was injured, he continue to insist that we all be checked out by one of his chiropractors and no expense to either of us. I told him to give me the name of the chiropractic office and he said he would call me back shortly. I assumed I wouldn't hear from him again, but lo and behold, he calls me back at 10:00 pm, I left the call go to voicemail and he proceeds to text me the name of the office. I texted him back that I decline and he obviously gets upset and asked me did something happen when I looked them up online or something. At that point, I had not looked him up on-line, I had just THANKFULLY used GOOD judgement. I decided to go ahead and look up Metro Medical and Legal Services and was not surprised at the negative comments.

The guy just called again.  I was very terse with him when he didn't explain himself clearly and he hung up.  Again, don't even bother to engage this guy.  He has absolutely nothing positive to offer.  Avoid like the plague.

Yup, same as above.  This guy is a scumbag.  Just hang up.

This West fellow called my daughter after her accident. Misrepersented himself. He was not clear about who he worked for. He led my daughter to believe he worked for the other persons insurance company and wanted to get things rolling on the claim. Well all he wanted to do was for her to sign papers for an attorney he works for. A new way of abulance chasing. Just like every comment above DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.
He is a JERK and will try an make you feel bad about his job. Be smart and ask alot of questions of any boby who calls about accident you and a family member has been.

I just had a voice mail from this guy, same MO as above. I read up here then called him back, listened to his speech, then told him I was a plaintiff's attorney, his speech impressed me, and I wanted to work with his company to get referrals for personal injury clients. He said we would have to talk. I said let's talk right now! Then he hung up. He's at least smart enough when to cut off potentially damning conversations.

WTF! These descriptions are exactly the same thing I just went through tonight. I was in a recent accident 3 days ago and I got a call from this number about an hour ago and at 830pm at night as well. Did not answer the first call and i called back and heard a voicemail where this guy says "leave him a message after the beep" and never introduces himself. I did not leave a message, he calls back and i answer this time. He says "Yes im calling to speak to (my name) and Im calling from Metro Legal & Medical Services, we heard you where in a rough accident, you took a big hit didnt you?"  I was shocked by how unprofessional he sounded and asked you I was speaking to, he said David West and said he wanted to get me setup with a Chiropractor asap for his company Metro Medical and Legal Services. I googled the company name and didn't see anything like someone else on this message board did. So he got all defensive when I asked how he got my into and he said "Man we get into from every accident in the area everyday you dont have to worry about paying anything". I told him im not interested in his help and if he wants any information he can go through my lawyer, he then said "Man you have a lawyer already, how did you get one so fast" I told him I always had one and I got off the phone.  DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!

Got a call from this number late at night as well, it was near 10pm, from a Mr. West who left a very unprofessional voice mail about my 'car accident'. A few days earlier I was in an accident where a driver rear ended two cars including mine. I was curious as to how he got my information so I called back. He answered and asked me who I was, which I then asked him back since he had called me in the first place. He kept asking me for my information but when I continued to press him on how he got my number he said never mind and hung up. Its clear that he is scamming people after they report their accidents to the authorities but what I don't understand is if I only gave my phone number and address to the police officer how is it that I have been getting calls, emails, and mail from a multitude of places soliciting me for either information or services? The only people I should be hearing from are those involved in the accident or their insurance. As a single female I don't appreciate the state selling my information to the highest bidder. Reports are obviously public records but my phone number and address shouldn't be.

Some guy calls me at 9 o'clock at night saying he "heard" about my auto accident and can he "help" me i called him an ambulance chaser and hung up. and he called my back a left a very unprofessional voice mail

Hey I just got a call from this same guy with the same number. He was talking about trying to get me to go see a chiropractor tomorrow. I asked how did he get my number because t was so late, it's 9:45pm. I told him I couldn't go and I wanted to look his company up.  The Internet while we speak, he has Oh ok and hung up. BIG SCAM.....DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Same story. Guy calls at 9:00 pm but I let it go into VM. He mentioned the car accident I was in yesterday. The police report isn't even available yet. He even mentioned the other person involved in the accident by name. So glad I checked here first!

Just received a call from this number at 9PM.  I didn't answer, but sure enough, it was Mr. West.  I was involved in an accident 2 days ago in Atlanta, but there were no serious injuries.  No one even went to the hospital.  As many of you wondered, how did this person get my number?  Maybe from the insurance company?  Allstate is the company that is paying for my damages.  I wonder if the sold my information.

Mr. West from Metro Medical and Legal kindly checked up on us after a hit and run Thursday. He called my wife's office. Where did he get our number? That number is not listed and the only place it was entered was by the responding officer on the police report. You would think that would be private.

OMGGGGGGGG, Im so glad I looked on here, I just got a call from the same guy David West from 770-912-8994 talking about that I need to get into the Chiropractor asap for his company Metro Medical and Legal Services. I googled the company name and didn't find JACK. So he got all defensive when I was asking, who are you, how did you get my information and did you call via the insurance company? He was puffin and huffin. I told him, let me get your number and why don't I call you back buddy. How u gonna call at 8:30PM talking about you are a reputable business MAN GET OUTTA HERE YO! SCAM ARTISTS! He got the right one, I wasn't falling for that ish!

I received a call from this guy at 9:30PM!  9:30PM!!!!  It was the same schpeel....some Metro Medical yahda yahda yahda.  I also had an auto accident where I was rear ended at idle speeds yesterday morning.  He wanted to find out if I was injured and he could refer me.  I need to do a better job at playing along with it so I can have more fun, but I never have the discipline to hold back from going off.  I tried to find out if there was a special rule that allowed him to cold call a number on the do not call list simply because I had an auto accident.  He replied "ah naw man....never mind" and then hung up.  I called him again at that number, which is a totally reachable number.....hint hint....and tried to get him to answer my questions and he just hung up.  So it's off to reporting him to the proper agencies and also it's off to prankcall.com to have some fun with this number.  I think I'll apply for anything I can imagine with this phone number and WEST for the last name.....

I received a call from this number and he left a message saying that he was calling about "my accident". I was involved in a non-injurious car accident last week. I'm glad I checked here before calling back.

Some chiropractic office that felt it was proper/necessary/legal to call my cell phone three days after I was a victim in an auto accident.

I received a call from this men, he said he wanted to help my husband get money from his recent accident, when I told him that we were not interested in getting money, that all we wanted was to get our car fix, his answer was rude and racist. What kind of trash company this is?????

I also received a call from the same man. He was very rude and defensive when I asked him where did he get my information. He proceeded to curse at me and ask me why does it matter. It is very unfortunate that Piranha's like this exist. This is the very reason that insurance rates and malpractice suits are at an all time high.It is laughable that as unprofessional as this guy was, he actually thought he could get any business from me.

I received a call from this number as well.  The person identified himself as Mr. West and indicated that it was extremely important that I called him back regarding my car accident.  I thought it was an insurance person or person at the body shop but it turned out to be Mr. West requesting some information.  I refused to give out information until he identified himself and when he did, he said that he worked for Legal Medical Services and was trying to refer me to a chiropractor and that it was necessary I went to one for my car accident legal issues.  I called the insurance and notified them and they indicated that unfortunately people like Mr. West get information from police reports as they are publicly available.  My accident also happened this week!
