Called my husband's cell number at 3:40 am and mine at 3:45 am.  Husband answered (spiel about it being the State Dept. calling and to press 1 to address some kind of fraud on our account) but he hung up without pressing any buttons.  I didn't answer mine.

Watch Out For Scammers Pretending To Be Your Credit Card Company's Fraud Department

When a strange person calls you on the telephone claiming to represent a company you do business with and asks you to give them sensitive personal information, tell them that you'll call them back on the regular customer service number that you usually use to contact them.

I got a call from them at 7am saying some ATM card had been suspended and to press 1 for the security department to reactivate. I didn't have my contacts in, so I tried to press 1 just to see what they'd say and I dont know if I hit it or not, but it hung up.
