they have been calling me for over 4 months now. they dont understand, i dont want their "free service". how can i stop them form calling?

I have experienced the same problems with this number calling me. A girl left me a message stating that "someone I know had already paid for a free in-home energy survey, etc." They continue to call, but I do not pick up.

ARS is tied to this number I think. Did you call to get A/C or plumbing, etc. service from them lately?

Keep receiving calls on my home and cell phone from this number. Claims to be a company called Energy Reduction Group and that they can save us money on utility bill with FREE home energy survey. Would like to complain about this harrassment that keeps continuing relentlessly.

I'm in Indian River County, FL too. These people have called me a couple times. They don't leave a message or anything, just keep calling. And I don't give my cell# to ANYONE! So not sure how they got it. Guess I'll start reporting them since I am on the Do Not Call List.

Did any of you call ARS for an A/C or plumbing repair lately? I think that is who is tied to this number.

We are now receiving multiple daily calls on our home phones and cell phones.  We are in JAX area and calls come across as FPL "Important message from FPL...."  I have tried everything and the calls just don't stop!

I want these people to stop calling my phone.

so far 10 calls in 2 hours...keep calling over and over....claim to offer govt energy savings program...tried to unsubscibe by pressing *8* as the message says...nope..they just keep calling

This is a group of thieves that keep changing their number.  They use a dialer and repeatedly call looking for victims.  They will use this new number for a day or so then move on.  I have reported them repeatedly to the FCC and they continue to call.

They just called me on two seperate numbers within five minutes.  Jacksonville, Florida area.  

Their message starts out with "This is an important message for all FPL, Progress Energy and OUC customers".  They lie to their potential victims by stating there are federal stimulus dollars available to improve the energy efficiency of their home.  They try to set up an appointment to come to the victim?s home and sell stuff they don?t need at an exorbitant price.  They are rude, apparently lazy and will hang up if asked to remove a phone number from their assaults.

Some of the names they have used are: Southern Energy Solutions, Organization for Energy Savings, Save Our Resources and Association for Saving Power.
