this is nationwide fraud. person says that you are being sued by such and such person. they give american name and they are clearly foreign. what the calls are about they are trying to scare people into giving money that they do not owe. they figure most people are stupid and dont check their credit reports. i have reported the number to a friend with the fbi and they did tell me that this is a current issue. do not give them money. this is a scam

I received phone calls from this number and they had my personal information. Stating that I owe them money and its a law suit. They will not give me any information on what I owe for other than saying it is a payday loan. I didn't have a payday loan! They are illegal in this state. So I have been calling them back every 2 minutes just like they were doing me and singing all day every day. I think they are getting upset with me calling me names and calling my mother names. I will bug the sh*t out of them for a change and see how they like it

Some guy just called me with the same name!!

I received phone calls from this number for the past few days. I called back and they did have my information but when I asked for them to send me paperwork from the original loan that I supposedly had I never received them. They even gave me another number when i asked who to contact at the "original payday loan" place. It was 516-204-4232. So I called this number and it was the same foreign people with accents that made it hard to hear them.

I let them know that I was contacting the payday loan company to dispute this claim and they hung up on me. I called them back and he refused to provide any validation to the information. I have not ever had a payday loan advance through Cash Advance America and they must be CRAZY to think that I would pay something I don't owe, especially with today's economy and Christmas right around the corner. I have a child to worry about.

i was called twice yesterday and twice today saying that  i owed for a 300 dollar pay day loan.  i told them i never got no loan from anyone.  he told me i was being sued.  i told him i had adequate proof against his allegations and he was very rude with me.  so i had a deputy sheriff look into it for me and it is a HUGE SCAM!!!! THEY ARE VERY STUPID AND NAIVE TO BELIEVE THAT I WOULD FALL FOR SUCH A THING!  THEY'RE THE IDIOTS!!!

After they called me and did not get an answer they call my daughter and told her she was in legal trouble for committee fraud.  They told her she was a co-signer on the loan and that I was going to be arrested and she would be as well? I did not take a loan out therefore I do not own the money? please be aware that they will contact any one you listed as a reference if they can get a hold of you. This is a scam I have contacted a attorney and wish they would find a real job and stop treating people.

I just recieved a call from a Charlie Caprio and he claims he's from ACS. I've been getting calls for a while and it never makes since. Supposely the message he left was that I have a Lawsuit pending against my name. Whatever that means. Who ever these people are they all have very heavy accents.

Received a call saying they were from ACS.  I have not called them back and I do not plan on calling them back it is a scam. They told me that my SS number is under investigation on a legal matter and I need to return the call as soon as I get the message.  His accent was so, bad I can hardly understand a word he said.  I aslo, received call from the following numbers 760-284-4699 and 760-331-2048 in the month of OCT.  I do not own any money to a cash advance agency..

I have recevied calls from this number as well.  Glad I googled before I called back ... now I know it is a scam.  Thanks.

i just told these cats iam going to their place of business and send them all back to india. I am so flaming mad right now i could scream. These guys are in florida. They told me that they are taking out a warrant against me.

calling from ACS as an attorney service saying we owe them a debt from a cash advance agency and there going to sue us.  they asked for some personal information.  I told them to send me the information and I will have an attorney look at it, they hung up then i filed a report with the FBI, I suggest you do the same.

Got a call this morning from a man with a heavy accent telling me to contact him immediately before leagl action is taken against me with my email address and social security number. said his name is Brad Williams. I know this is a scam !!!!

Just recieved a call by some guy identifying himself as Charlie somebody! Accent. This is a scam. I didn't even call him back. These guys are trying to get money that YOU DON'T OWE! Please, don't even call them back. OR, if you do, tell them you've contacted the UNITED STATES SECRET SERVICE and your local FBI office.

Do not know who this is but they are calling me at work.

i have also been recieving calls from this person asking about a christepher browning or somthing like that.  It is hard to tell with the accent.  And that I have been named in a fraud lawsuit and need to contact them emmediatly.  Of course I did not even bother because if so I would of been contacted so by documents.  The message even stated if i did not contact them they would notify the local sherrif department.  Please do not fall for this.

I also recieved a call from this number, I was told there was a lawsuit against me for a $300.00 cash advance, which I know I never took out. after reading all these posts I called back demanding their address (which they wouldn't give me) and I told them I knew it was a scam because I have my bank record and I also was never contacted from Cash Advance in regards to any money. I told them I would be reporting them to the Better Business Beuro and they told me to go ahead and report them and never call them back or I will be charged with harassment...DO NOT PAY it's a SCAM!

COMPLETELY AGREE WITH KAG!  CALLER TOLD ME I OWED FOR A FAST CASH LOAN THAT I DID NOT PAY BACK.  I NEVER RECEIVED SUCH LOAN!  THEY SAID I WAS BEING SUED AND WOULD I RATHER SETTLE IN OR OUT OF COURT.  THEN THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO DISCUSS WITH MANAGER AND TO CALL BACK LATER!!

The caller said that they must get in touch with this person, but then they said that they needed a reference for that person,  they could not keep their story straight.  They had an accent and sounded like the person that kept calling us telling us that someone was committing fraud.
