This man called me stating that I owe some money for a payday loan which I never had. Then he said inorder to avoid this matter I had to pay 584.00 of the sheriff would be coming to my jobto pic me up an take me to jail. It was so scary I really began to think this is crazy who is this man. I began asking him more questions then he told me to check my email an that they had been emailing me I asked why someone haven't notified me by mail he stated that they only send messages by email. I finally told him that was a black lie he really got angry. I began getting tired of his lies n hung up its a mess. Call this # 1877-700-5790 to report these strage crazy azz folks

I have been getting these types of calls from several different numbers. I have spoken to local law enforcement and was advised to report the number to the Federal Trade Commission and issue a they will the number to one of the credit agencies and they will instruct you on how to issue a fraud alert on your credit. Mainly never confirm anything with these people.

This a$$hole called me and my girlfriend today he had a thick Indian accent and was very aggressive with me... Once he started swearing at me I knew it was crap! Never mind the fact the guys English sucks and I don't think he understands me very well... He started with the same speal as everyone else describes here....so I went to the local police that wrote a report and basically did nothing. So I've been dialing *67 to block my number and crank calling them and harassing them off the hook! One time I called and didn't say anything the guy just answered and put the phone down... I could hear an Asian woman in the background talking to someone on the phone.... I heard her say hi helen did you deposit the $300?and is this the same card you used the this morning? Ok Helen your apartment is safe... I couldn't believe it! Helen could be a scared 80 year old woman these jerks are scamming!!!  We need to pull together and figure out the best way to put these people behind bars!! And oviously the local cops are useless!!! Any ideas would be great

I keep getting calls from  him on  my cell phone and he keeps leaveing messages.

they call me with the same story ... all you have to do is ask for their florida bar association # and they'll curse you out and hang up lol .. i kept calling back and they kept hanging up sooo maybe they wont call me anymore.

I got calls too at my work and cell phone telling me im a suspect in a criminal investigation or some foolishness. i told him to stop calling me and im not paying anything so come take me to jail. this is a bunch of CRAP.

I made the mistake of researching loans via internet, now there are these foreign speaking men calling harassing me foul language threating to take me to jail, now they are calling my job. I can not understand what they are saying.

Just received a call from this number.  Very threatning call from a man with indian accent.  He said my case was going infront of a judge tomorrow and if I wanted to avoid this to pay the amount of $698 for a loan, which by the way I do not have with the company they claim they were calling from.  Very scary, but I google the number and brought me to this site.  I asked for his full information and the address of the law firm "David Harris" and asked why I needed this and said that I didn't want to pay and I would be prosecuted.  When I told him I needed the information to discuss with my lawyer and to decide whether I needed to pay them or not, he went off on me and said to call officer Young to discuss further.  He said the only way to avoid prosecution was to pay today.  Well Officer Young called and when I told him I knew this was a scam, that I had the information on the web regarding his number he insulted me and told me kiss his d... and to stick my finger in my .... after that he hung up.  I hope they do not call my job again.

IM GETTING SAME CALLS STARTED OUT BEING TWICE A DAY FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW THE LAST TWO DAYS ONLY ONCE AND ONLY TWICE AT WORK THIS WEEK MAYBE HE STARTING TO THINK THAT HIS NOT GOING TO TALK TO ME AND SCAM MY MONEY OUT OF ME BUT I THINK SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS PERSON

I have received a call from this number for the last 4 buisness days. It is only once a day and they leave a voicemail from "daivid cooper" stating he is from a "law firm' but never state which one, and that I am the prime suspect in fraud and criminal charges, He also states my last 4 numbers of my SSN and tells me to call him back on 777 318 4263. He states if I don't call back then I along with my current employer will both be facing these charges. "david cooper" is not a name I would associate with a deep indian accent, and when I have tried to call back I get a message telling me to leave a message after the tone and then it tells me the voice mailbox is full. From reading on here and other pages I'm guessing i'm in for a long ride with these idiots calling my phone. What really ticks me off is that they have the last 4 numbers of my SSN and that they know the name of my place of work.

I have received a few calls from this group of scammers.  Each time the person on the line has a very heavy indian accent and is extremely difficult to understand.  This time he used his name as Alex and left an harrassing voicemail.  When I called back the guy who answered said he was Office Justin Floyd from David Harrison Law Firm in Tampa, FL.  He went on with his usual speech about being sued from a Cash Advance Company (for which he never made the company name clear).  States a warrant is being issued in ten minutes for my arrest.  They have my personal information...creeps!!! I constantly challenge him on the information he is providing me, which makes no sense.  He finally gets frustrated with me and hangs up.  I'm sure he will call me at work again.  This is ridiculous and I am sick and tired of these harrassing calls from these scammers.

If you dont mind me asking,  How long ago was your incident. Mine was just literally today and I just want peace of mind  of my life going out without anything happening to me or my family.
Despite calling local law enforcement (who assured me everything will be ok)  the fact that some indian piece of s*** has my social #  still scares me and made a statement of him calling my previous employer (who i am no longer with)

772-318-4266  Woke me up out of a dead sleep at about 10:30am Eastern.  I was greeted by a Hindu / Mexican / Indian guy who said he was out of an Attorney's office out of Southern California.
Without further ado, he immediately used numerous scare-tactics against me. At first I was a little intimidated when he mentioned JUST the last 4 of my social and my previous employer.
But the red-flag for me was when he mentioned western union.  

I asked this man several times who he worked for, but he had no information to back it up. I pranked his Foreign a** right back when i was gathering information of my own, when I acted like i was going to pay him.

But please note!;  this will NOT be a one time call. He stays on you like a fly on a piece of s***.
He called about 4 times total.  

He crossed the line when I had left to run an errand and he immediately threatened my mother. She had absolutely nothing to do with anything in regards to this order of business, and I believe that he crossed a line when he threatens my mother with prosecution and potential job loss.

Let me make one thing perfectly clear,  I immediately called local law enforcement and reported his sorry a**.
If he calls back tomorrow, I will be more then happy to tell him that he's under review of real law enforcement and hopefully that will be the end of this.

If he doesn't stop, I wont know what else to do.  
Please respond to this if you can extend more help to me, because i feel like being scammed is a black eye to myself and even though i have a temporary band-aid on myself, i still feel stupid  =(

772-318-4266 called me yesterday and gave their usual speal of "a case has been filed against you....blah, blah, blah!" I don't know how many times they feel an old trick would work on someone. I've long figured out that they're scammers and I don't respond to such rubbish! I'm on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" and I've reported this number.

I have been receiving calls from various states, from "attorneys".  I received a call today from someone claiming to be an attorney in Florida named "Max Morris" from the Law Offices of David Harrison.  He said, with the same Indian accent as the other callers, that a claim had been filed against me.  I immediately asked for his Florida Bar Association member I.D., and while I was on the phone with him did a Fl. Bar member search.  As before, this person was not an actual attorney.  He wanted me to verify personal information.  He had my ss#.  I told him that I knew he was not an attorney, and that if he continued to call me I would report him to the State Attorney.  He hung up.
