I received a call from MCS stating that they could lower my interest rates on all my cards to 6.9% and of course I was interested because times is hard right now. The man who helped me was Lenny and he said he was the manager and sounded really nice and convincing. He told me that I needed at least $600 of available credit on one of my cards and then he could get my interest rates to go down on all my cards. He sounded real nice like he cared about me. He called me every day to let me know that the offer was about to expire but because he's the manger he extended the offer for me because he wanted to help me. I did my research and found out that a lot of people are not happy with their services and they use a lot of different names and phone numbers. I called Lenny back to make up some bull $hit story about how I didn't need his services and I swear he answered but said his name was Edward. The other number they call from is 1-888-782-1132 he gave me ext:210 which doesn't even work cause when you call it's always an answering machine.
