I have received 2 calls from this number today.  The first I told him I would have to call back and the second one was to a co-worker who took his name and number.  When I called the number they simply answered "hell0" and when I asked for Paul Akins the person asked my name.  When I gave my name, he stated that he was Adam White a supervisor and proceeded to tell me he was with Law and Investigating Department.  I asked him department of what company and again he said legal law and investigation department and started to tell me about a legal matter against me.  I stopped him and asked if he had my mailing address.  His answer was that they had all my information and I then requested that I be sent in writing the matter he was calling about since I did not discuss legal matters over the phone.  He started to tell me about reporting to this and that about me and I again stressed that I was at work and did not discuss legal matters over the phone.  He was going to transfer me to his supervisor and I said no, I would not talke to him.  A few minutes later, Paul Akins called and wanted to know why I yelled at his co-worker.  I explained that I did not yell, simply stated that I did not discuss  matters over the phone.  He wanted to continue to talk, but I stopped him and said that I would not discuss it over the phone.  Mr. Akins stated he would call me at work at any time and all the time.  I told him to do what he thought was necessary and I would do what I thought was necessary.

i just received a call from this number and the person claimed that his name was john black.  this is the same person that calls me every 2 to 3 months claiming that i owe them money.  they have all of my information and they always say that they have an affidavit against my name.  every time i receive these phone calls, i report them to the authorities.  i guess the authorities can't do anything because i keep getting the same types of calls from different numbers.

For the past month I've been receiving the same annoying calls on a weekly basis. However, from a Austin Jones with a very thick Indian accent. They had my name and SS#. This is most troubling... seem the only thing they did not have is my address. I'll be reporting them after this posting to see how we can stop and capture these Con Artist.

I recived the first call from these people today. the number on my cell was this (052-797-815) and yes thats all.  They asked for me, told me that they have all my personal information then stated that my sister had gotten a loan from them and used me as a ref. and that she has not attempted to pay it back and they were filing fraud charges on her. So i told them that i would call her one time and one time only to give her his name (Franklin Black) and the number 772-360-4105. I  also told him that they better not ever call me again about her debt for it was their stupidity for giving her a loan.  There should be a Law against someone using you as a Ref. without the initial company calling to make sure its ok first. Lets see if they call me back

I recieved a phone call from this number, saying that there is a law suit against me for check fraud.  He said his name was SHAWN JORDEN and he was calling to help me settle the case.  The law suit is for a payday loan I never recieved.  He wanted to settle the case over the phone.  I said "no", that i was going to call a lawyer.  Also he talked fast, I could hardly get a word in and he would not answer my questions completely.

Recieved a phone call from someone who called himself Officer Jones from a Department of Law and Investigation...He then stated his name was Adam White and he was calling from a National Affidavit Processing Department, part of the Simmons Law Firm.  He claimed he had a signed affidavit and was going to take me to court for internet fraud, check fraud and theft.  He even gave me a case number.  He told me that we can settled this matter out of court for the cost of 786.00 instead of the 1436.00 (supposidly a 350 depost)if we go to court.  I asked him if he were to take me to court where would it be, he said somewhere in my state.  To bad that a lawyer from one state does not have jurisdiction in another state, and I am sure they will not pay to have me extradited to Fl.  I asked why so much money to go to court and he said that it was for the litagation costs, which is between two lawyers, I don't have one and didn't even know I needed one.  He told me that it was deposited to a certain account which I only use for Tax refunds.  When I checked my ledgers and spoke to my bank represenatives, they could not verify any monies being deposited in the time frame that this Adam White said that it happened, he could only give me the month and year and he had no other information of attempted phone calls.  He said that they have called but never leave messages and try to contact me via email....duh junk mail.  After I did some research on the internet, could not find a lawyer by the name of Alex Dawson in Fla, Simmons Law Firm, and nothing but negative stuff on National Affidavit Processing Department and Department of Law and Investigation, which he said they were at and no Simmons Law Firm in the whole state.  I then had my daughter call back asking for Alex Dawson and asked if he was a lawyer (which Adam White states he was)....this Alex told my daughter he was not.  It is very scary that he did repeat my SSN correctly and my email address....what more can I do to protect me and others?

I keep getting phone calls at work and at home from sum one by the name of Robin Taylor saying that his supervisor wants a word with me. his supervisor is Adam White.... saying there is a lawsuit filed against me and my ssn#. and that i can resolve it by sending them 250$ instead on the actual 500.00 i supposledy got deposited into my bank of america account....funny thing is i dont nor have i ever had a bank of america acount. Also the number 444-198 comes up on my caller id when they call to... how do we stop this

they call me at work and harrass me and threatens me if i dont pay this much amount.  they dont explain who the payment is owed to and dont give me any information. they sent me a contract which is not valid in order for me to release my payment to them. so i had to ask for help from prepaid legal assistants they said dont send no money because its fraud.

I received a threatening call from these people.  Who are they????  I am going to hand this over to my attorney.
