My voicemail said something about my taxes. Now, I would answer if I wasn't 15 and don't have a job, own a car, or anything that can be taxed.

I have read your remarks below and unfortunately you have not included any identifying information as to who you are, when you hired us, how much you owed, etc. In addition, I have never heard from you personally at any time, so I find it extremely difficult to believe that given the nature of the concerns you have outlined , that you have never contacted me directly to voice your issues.
I have always prided myself on diligently addressing any concerns of our clients directly and immediately.
With that said, if you did truly hire our company , please feel free to contact we now so we can have an opportunity to remedy your concerns. I can assure you I will clear my calendar to accommodate your call. I can be reached at (772) 589-8927 ext. 202. I will gladly post the results of our conversation on this site immediately upon the calls conclusion.

We received a phone call from Insight Financial saying that they could help up with our taxes for $3K so we bought their sales pitch.  To our stupidity we ended up spending over $5K and they STILL wanted more money with no resolved issues with the IRS.  They drag it out to suck more money out of you.  And, their collector guy actually got on a conference call with us and started YELLING that we owed more money and they weren't going to do anything further until they got paid and then he hung up on us!  They didn't do anything up to that point anyways other than schedule a "meeting" which turned out was going to be a conference call.  My husband and I finally took care of the matter ourselves with the IRS and when the IRS asked if we wanted to cancel the meeting that Financial Services had set up, I asked what it was going to be about and they said quote "oh, it's basically a POSTPONEMENT!!".  Yup, that's right Insight Financial was going to POSTPONE the whole thing that we took care of with the IRS in minutes so they could drag feet and charge more $$.  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!  And, after all of this we receive another phone call today from them trying to sell their services AGAIN to us.  They scammed us once and were trying to do it again, that is how STUPID this company is!!

Thanks for your input. My intent in replying to these posts is to ensure any individual who visits this page is aware that I am personally available by telephone or email to verify that we in fact are a reputable company. In addition, the Better Business Bureau of southeast Florida will also verify this fact.

Half of these posts are over a year old. You REALLY think any one is going to come back after THAT long to look at a complaint they made back then? You really expect people to come back after a day?

Yeah, good luck with that.

Dear Mommy2girls,

I hope this reaches you in time.  We fell for this scam.  We provided them with thousands of dollars to have absolutely nothing done for us.  The IRS continued to withdraw our money from our bank accounts when it was supposed to have halted while they were supposedly helping us.  We were continually harassed by the IRS when we were told that all correspondence would go through Insight.  If it did, the company never did anything to keep us from our back accounts being completely wiped out.  They kept telling us everything was OK and that the IRS was dealing directly with them.  We do not think this was the case.  We provided Insight with so much information. Each time we contacted them to ask what they were doing, they said they needed more information to help us.  We are still stuck in this same situation with having lost thousands of dollars that we wished we would have paid to the IRS.  Very sad.  We learned a hard lesson.

I don't think the IRS puts a lien on your house.  Maybe the state does, idk for sure.  But there's the information of the people that are calling you.  Hope it helps.

David, I know how to use the internet to research a company.  Their phone number matches the record the Better Business Bureau has.  They are a highly rated company and have been with the BBB for 2 or 3 years.  Fortunately in my case, they had the wrong John.  But they still went out of their way to verify whether or not I was the person they were looking for.  Then to ease my mind, they provided phone numbers to the courthouse and irs so that I could call and be certain I did not have a lien filed against me.  Not that I couldn't get those numbers myself, but it was nice enough for them to go out of their way to get them for me knowing that I would not need their services.  I am certain there are a lot of scams in this type of work but this was not one of them.

It's not a scam.  They are a tax resolution firm.  Worst case scenario is that they have a wrong number and you aren't the person they are looking for.  In the event you are the right person and you don't think you have a lien, they'll help you get in touch with the state or irs who will confirm whether or not you do have a lien.  Better to have spent 30 minutes on the phone and find out you're all clear than to ignore things and actually be the right person and end up getting your bank account levied by the irs.

I am also receiving way too many phone calls from 772-589-8927.  Debbie keeps leaving a message that my husband needs to call about his taxes.  I googled the phone number and found your website and postings.  Thank you so very much for the postings.  I will continue to ignore Debbie :-)

I receive calls and sometimes voice mails for this company repeatedly for many weeks now.  The calls all come from 772-918 with various extensions. The messages all say that they are responding to my request for information and they need to verify personal tax information.  I have never had a lien on my property and have not owned property in decades. No property that I have owned has ever had a lien on it.  I do not have a negative credit report so I am unsure how they got my phone number.  No doubt this is a scam to get money because I have never given my cell phone or home phone number to these goons. Beware!
Dont answer their calls and report to DNC list right away.

I called the state of Maine where we live and gave them the name of this company and they also told me they were scamming people too get money. BEWARE and report them as soon as you get a phone call! Dont bother calling them because you will end up talking too someone that is Rude and unprofessional and will tell you anything he can too get you to mail them a check! Insight Financial Sebastian FL.  "Would like to discuss your taxes with you"  I recently had a tax lien filed on me..we are working with the IRS to get their records straight...so this company must scan public records and then make unsolicited calls.  Have no idea of they are good or bad, but they will not get my business.
