Stop calling me!!

I keep getting phone calls  on my cell and at work from a guy named Austin.  He calls so frequently at my work that my GM is about to take me off the schedule because he doesn't want to deal with annoying man which I understand BUT I have 2 kids and I need my job.  He told me once that it was a legal matter and I asked him to mail info to me and he said he would rather talk to me... Weird.   I am calling the police now to report it.  Is there something else I should do??  I don't want to lose my job

I get the same call and this person use the name Jason Carter. They Also call me at work and them talk to member at my job. If you were Prefessinoal you would not talk to the other employee. This must stop.

I got a phone call from a "Robert" saying he was looking for myself, I said this is her and then he said are you aware of a law suit against you, I said no and before he said anymore, I told him to call my attorney and then I asked for his number, he gave me 772-882-3162, I then called my attorney and they laughed and took his number and name. Somehow all these scammers are getting personal information and the company I owed a payday loan to over 2 years ago already told me they are using them as a tool to get money out of people and they assured me they do not handle business in this matter.

I have received numerous calls from this number  by this guy at my home and work name Michael smith
with he said he is with a attorney office. He called again and I answered , I told him my name was Robert and that I was not in, I took the message and nad he gave me a number to call back, I will be forwarding a letter to the states attorney office to inform them of this harrassing calls, when did you ever know of a guy with a indian accent with a american name? CMON.....
They aer eally getting to pluck my nerves... I have blocked numbers on my cell phone , I wish I could block them on my work phone, (but I work for  the govt.)... I have already put it through the call block for home, but it takes 30days...so who knows .. I wish they would stop....

I'm very discusted with who ever is calling from this number .... they leave this nasty message that i will be in trouble ... that i have to return a call i believe there is other ways that problems and issues could be solve other than threating people with really bad voice messages....i think they should be reported to a BBB because of there way of harrasing and treating people.

This guy called back. I talked to him for a good 45 mins. He started making me laugh. He asked about my money I make. When I lost my virginity. He asked if I had a girl friend and I said no and he said oh my god, you are lying myfriend, that is not possible in America. lol. Crazy conversation. We came to an agreement that if I don't call back he will not call back either. He said he needed to sleep. His name was the Austin Jones. And he told me he lost his virginity at 9 to his beautiful neighbor. I had some come backs and he was like awww, good one. lol. crazy. So I guess if you get a call keep calling till they leave you alone. They called me the free guy that called 6 times. Really brought my blood pressure down. :-)

I received a call a few moments ago from this RAGHEAD threatening me with three lawsuits. I have never received any money from any loan place! Same number as those above. He told me to put my attorney on the phone. I told him I can take care of myself. He said I have done my job now what do you want me to do. I told him to shove it and he hung up. I called back and he said investigators will be sent to my house. Investigator are not indians.

I just received a call at 6:10pm from an unknown number on my caller id. Message was left from a male named Jason Carter. Horrible middle eastern accent and threatening me regarding some legal matters.

Someone named Mike Stone called today looking for an employee.  When I told him all I could do was take a message, he asked for a supervisor or manager.  When I told him there was no manager or supervisor, he said he needed to be connected to them so he could tell them that the person he was calling for was a criminal.  He then said that he needed the physical address of the company so he could send the "cop" as he put it.  I asked him for his name and company name.  He said American Consolidation but said it was not a company but a legal department.  I then asked if he was an attorney.  He said no, that he was a notifier and that the attorney doesn't speak with anyone.  When I told him that it was illegal in my state to call the place of employment for such matters, he said it wasn't and that he was going to trace the number, get a physical address, and send the cops and they would arrest me and that I was in big trouble.  I then hung up the phone.  I hope all the reporting shuts these people down.

I recieved the same call today 3/17/2011 and three months ago, from the same person saying that he was a private investegator calling to collect a debt, because of federal check fraud and theft by taking, he also ask me have I been on the internet getting loans and he named how many there were I told him yes but I paid all my loans off, and I have not even applied for one recently then there was a bad sound in the background and I told him, I can not hear you or understand your language, I then told him you do not even have enough information on me, he was trying to get me to tell him my info. he con not even tell me which company I owed, he stated there wer ovr 4,900 web sites and you choose a lot of them, that statement made me think, he did not know me, so I told him do not call my job anymore, and do not call me until someone speaks ENGLISH, and I hung up the phone. his name was Alex( senior officer) but no last name.

I have received two phone calls from a  Peter Jones.  Horrible Indian accent, very hard to understand.  Continues to threaten me on the voice mail that he will send investigators.  He truly needs to know what the laws are of THIS country before threatening the citizens of it.  Stop the harassing phone calls!

I received a call at work and again 4 times at home from a man with an Indian accent that I could not understand.  The call broke up so badly,I could hardly understand his name.  He says his name is John Carter. He says he is an agent with ACS- American Consolidation Services, and he is calling from the legal and investations department of the United States.  He is threatening to send a team of investigators to my home if I dont return his call today. He is threatening to file a law suit against me.  For what,I don't know.  If he was a true debt collector, he would know he can only contact you once a day.  On my call ID,the number shows as out of the country and again as a local cell number.

We are getting these phone calls again. The person who calls said his name is Michael. I can not understand half of what he is saying because of his accent. This call will be reported to Attorney General too.

We have received seven "threatening" calls from this number in the last two days.  The caller has a middle eastern accent.  My wife was so upset she turned the ringer of on the phone, thi will be reported to the PA Attorney General.

I also received a call from this number. 3 Times on my daughter's birthday morning, actually. We kept thinking it was family calling to say happy birthday and it was this guy calling with a bunch of threats for someone who doesn't even live here. We picked up a couple times and there is no one on the line. What a waste of time. Where can we report him?

Robert carter called me three times at work, and said he was with law investagatons, he sexuallly harassed me on the phone and threatened me. I told him if you were real you would know what the laws were, he tried to say i was a fraud but in reality like i told him you are the fraud. he called me today at work again, and to say he is not with affidvidt something, his warods were so horrible. this is not the first time i have gotten these calls, all from the same type of indivudals, indian race, and broken english, they have been reported to the ftc, and next will be fort pierce, fl attorneys general. i tracred there number and how sad they are around the corner from the police station according to the the cell phone tracker.
