Received a call from 800-290-5130 stating I had placed an online application for a New car and my application has been accepted. I didn't apply for any type of loan. When I called the 800 number back it was for Your Insurance Results.com.

Has anyone experience this? Is this Fraud

The address they're using is a scam-347 5th Avenue Suite 1402 New York NY 10016 - It,s not even a real office, it,s some kind of mailbox service

Lucre, Inc., 4011 plainsfield ave, grand rapids, michigan. This is the company that owns this number. They also make similar calls fromm a Grand Rapids area phone number. I've filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office at https://secure.ag.state.mi.us/complaints/donotcall.aspx . Maybe they'll take action.

They have been calling me endlessly for some time now about insurance quotes.  The never leave voice mail either.  I usually ignore them, but answered the other day and told them they were too late with insurance quotes because "Andy" had died.  I haven't heard from them since.  LOL

I sometimes get as many as 5 calls in a day from this number, and it is a recorded message that is muffled and I cannot understand. It is very annoying.

this insurance place calls me at LEAST 5 times, every day. from 7am to almost 9pm. ive blocked the number so it doesnt ring out loud, but its still REALLY annoying. I have answered and asked them not to call. Ive even yelled at them. ive hung up on them. does no good.

Actually, when I called them back, a woman answered and immediately said, "Hello, My I please speak to (my name)" It was creepy, so I just hung up.

This number has been calling me constantly, I finally called it back just to see what it was and they answered the phone with my first name, didn't confirm any of my information or ask any questions, but did say they were sending me insurance quotes online and by mail and then hung up before I could say anything else. I have not looked for insurance online in well over a year and a half. Seemed fishier than just and online insurance thing to me.

I receive about 10 call per day from this number.  Last night they called every half hour for two hours.  I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.  Aren't there laws against this type of harrrasment?  I hope someone can find out who this is and put a stop to this.  If you answer the phone no one is there and if you  call the number back it picks up but it is just like a dead line.   This has been going on for a month now and I'm tired of it.

and he was polite!

Getting calls several times daily. Don't answer it.

This number/company has been calling me anywhere from 2-6 times a day intermittently for a few months now. If I am able to answer, I do and I tell them I am not interested in whatever they are selling and to please remove my name/number from their lists/system. I still get calls blowing up my phone every couple days.  If i don't answer, they call and call and call.  Twice when I have answered, I talked to a "supervisor" about how ridiculous and annoying this is. They told me each time that I would be removed and not bothered with calls again.  And it continues... They say their company is YourIsuranceQuote.com.  I don't know anything else or if that company name is even accurate. Leave me the #@*% alone!

This is from a company trying to sell you insurance.  I requested a quote on line 6 months ago and they are still calling.  I have told them repeately to stop but it doesn't do any good. They call me 5 - 6 times a day. Is there anyway to report them and who do I report them to.

They called me this morning and I said the party was currently overseas in Afghanistan. If this doesn't work, I WILL find out the location of this company.

I also have filed the same form twice, asked them to remove me from the list at least ten times, cussed them out a few times, but the ignorant @ss people can't comprehend people's privacy and wishes. This company should be shut down and with the owner's fined and imprisoned for no less than life.

I've gotten 15 calls from them in the last month...have told them everytime to take my number off their list.  Told them if they call me again I will take matters into my own hands...wish I had their home number LOL

They did the same to me.....a woman said "I just wanted you to know we are sending out the information you requested".....when I told her that I did not request any information and that I have USAA (a.k.a. the best insurance you can get) she hung up. Isn't there any way to block calls from certain numbers?

Received at least three calls daily from this number.  Once I answered the call and nobody replied. Sounds like telephone spam. Bogus.

They've called me for weeks.  They use an auto-dialer, which results in a delay between when you answer and when a real person picks up the phone.
I'm on the national do not call registry.
I go through this with them every few months.
What happens is that someone uses your # for an insurance quote and this "opts-in" to their solicitations and by-passes the DNC registry.

If you call them back, they usually won't answer.  I had to try 3 times and let it ring for more than 20 times.

if you have an android or iphone you can simply add a free app called call block. set any number to the block list & boom they are blocked.

They called me 11 times this morning. I have blocked them, but such calls are clogging up my 'missed calls' list on my cell phone. I know that they are not calling for me because I have a no name go phone that I registered with out using my name or line phone. One day we will have an extension code to keep such calls away. If AT&T does not do this, I will make my own. I am unable to use my line phone because of such calls. I keep it unplugged and use it for outgoing calls only. Thanks for nothing AT$T.
