Insure on the spot insurance agency in chicago and suburbs, they sell insurance over the internet,telephone and a couple of offices.  Considered a low end type insurance when you need it and can't get it anywhere else.

So many times (around the business hours) I receive phone calls from "insure on the spot". I take the phone and the person hang up. I feel annoyed and bothered too!! Because I will never insure my car by this company!!
