I rec'd a call today from the same number that you all are speaking about, spoke with a Steve Miller - Indian Accent. The same individuals requested that I was picked out of so many people to rec a grant in the amount of $7000 which can be claimed by debit, major credit card, or in cash. I chose cash and then was told to claim the monies from Western Union in which I would need to pay an up-front fee of $190 which will be refundable and also bring my DL this will in assuring my identity. I was called by an alias and not by my full first name. If this was the government, I would have been identified by my full first and last name. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

got a call from 773-240-7326 yesterday, call was unknown, picked it up, they did not answer. I hung up.Will not answer phone again from this number.

Called claiming to be from the "US Grants Department" and that I was selected from people in my region without a criminal record to receive a $7,000 grant, which would not have to be paid back. Caller was Indian with a very thick accent. He told me to call 202-559-7659 (see http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-202-559-7659) with my grant claim number to talk to Seebe Miller. He also requested my age and told me that he was going to talk to his supervisor, and that I must call the call back number right away.... Obviously a scam!
