They have called my work number over 30 times during all parts of the day.  Never leav a message.  I've called them back and either get placed on hold or get a message saying that the number is not in service.  

They've called 32 times.  Never left a message.  I called and they must disconnect the number in the evenings.  I got a live person once who put me on hold and never picked back up.  I just called them back AGAIN and it says that the number is not in service.

They never leave a message.  When I answer it sends you to hold after you select press on for English and two for Spanish.  You called me, if the call is that important there would be someone on the line or they would leave a message.  I am not going to sit on hold for someone I don't know.

Received a call from this number numerous times. I now have installed a call blocker app on my phone and block their number each time they call. JERKS!

I have been getting the call too, but I live with family, so it wouldn't only be for com ed type of businesses. I've been getting it since last summer

Interesting to note the posting that I see above are only occurring during winter months, the hardest time for a utility company to collect monies from there customers -MY OPINION

Got the same number coming up on my caller ID......Could it be ComEd?  I have received notices about being  past due in payments (which is true for me).   Maybe because ComEd can't shut down any persons electric meter due to the extreme cold temperatures (potentially a big liability for them if they were to shut the electric on a persons house and they freeze).

So ComEd doesn't have the leverage to get paid by shutting off a meter, so they are probably trying to collect $ by harassing phone.    THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION.

I have received 3 calls in 2 days from this company and they do not leave a message.  My caller ID says Illinois Call.  So called them back and the company is called Commonwealth Financial Systems.  Asked the guy if they are a collection agency and he said we are not allowed to say -- Wow, BIG RED FLAG -- so they are!!!  They keep calling my number for someone else and won't stop even when I told them so reported them because I am on the Do Not Call List and reported them to a company the Do Not Call List suggests for collection calls.  Suggest everyone to do this.

I got a call today. they said my name incorrectly. then asked for the last 4 of my social security number..I said I don't know who you are and why would I give you that info. she then asked me to verify my address..I told her no and she hung up on me...   don't give any info to people that you can't confirm who your talking to...

Received a call from 773/253-6731 today on my cell phone.  I did not answer it, but  Googled the number and I see that whoever owns the number attempts to abuse many.  They clearly need to be stopped.  Thank you.

This is a debt collector.

I have been receiving these calls on my cell phone. I do know how they got my number, but I experienced the same message - press 1 for English and then music plays - no one comes to the phone so I hung up. I have them blocked on all of my phones.

They have been calling for 6 months. I have them blocked. If they are a credit collection service (which is possible), they are a very low-budget, high volume, low results. They probably are contracted by a company that would have a lot of debtors. The numbers they call are likely not verified, so they just are using a "brute force" method to get a hold of someone. The fact that they are automated says a lot. Research automated calls, debt collection services (just my guess based on information here).

If you could tell all your buddies, to give me my money back and all the years I lost, that would be fantastic. Also, I would like to sue everyone, for harassment, for assault, and for kidnapping. And I'm going to sue for reparations.

It's amazing to me, that my doctor's have "no test" for what I have. They know what I have, yet they do all kinds of tests that cost money. Interesting. Nice friends you all have, calling me, making sure I still have a phone connected. A clever way to tell, if I am still alive? Are any of these people still alive? I wonder. Sometimes, I wonder, if they will let me live a normal life one day. I wonder, if now that they know I am weak, will they try to come after me for fun. Is this bullying, harassment. Who are these people who don't care at all and want me dead, or kept just barely alive.

I wonder if this person would like to get a phone call every day by some unknown psychopath. I don't have any candy for you, there is nothing left. Nothing, in fact, you took the clothes I was wearing and the roof. F*** you!

Who has the time to call me every day, several times a day, then call several other people too? And what kind of person does this? Would I actually want to talk to this seriously lazy a***ole of a person? If this was actually for a debt, there would be something on my credit report, but that's clean, just checked it. Makes me think this person knows some of my information and is trying to extort money from me by raping my phone every day, several times a day. If you want a real job, I have plenty of things for you to do...just saying.

This is the weirdiest situation.  I receive theses calls also.  At first I was answering since as an ins agent I receives alot of calls.  
Now I never answer and the calls still continues!!!! It's funny that whoever this is has called without ever getting a response.
