Got this jerk a few mins. ago. Same identical conversation as all of you. I called back on a different line, and left a msg. (since Mr Chad Edwards was away from his desk) Yea, I'll bet. I told him they are so rude they don't even know my name. Also, made it plain that I was going to file a complaint. I also told him I didn't enter a contest which is TRUE...Then I told him I didn't even own a computer... He lie, I lie........

Event Reminder
Was left a message on my voicemail by a mister Chad Edward's. I went to this site first to see what came up under this #. Let me start of by saying that I too am a skeptic, but I realized that almost every complaint on here was by people that did not even call back, and the few that did never followed through with claiming their prize, so I thought I'd give it a go and see where it went.

I was told I entered something online, I had them look up my name, and Chad said that I had filled it out on such and such date, had my Email adress and my physical address, and even provided me with my birth date, and it was accurate although I still do not remember filling it out.

Was told we had won 1 of 4 prizes, a Lincoln Navigator or 45,000 in cash, $2500.00 in cash, a vacation with airfare and hotel for two, to Orlando, Cacun, or Las Vegas, or a 32 inch flat screen Toshiba TV. All we had to do was attend a 60 to 90 minuet presentation on dicount travel, was told it was not a timeshare or land deal. Sounded fair enough to my wife and I so we decided to go.

We actually had a great time, no high pressure sales, just an informative way to use there services to save money when traveling. We ended up with the Flat screen tv. I'm glad we decided to go . It was free, did not cost us a cent.

I would most definately go if you would like a free prize. They even gave us $2000.00 in travel coupon's to use for hotel room's and free dinner's and what not in various destinations, Chad had never even mentioned that. There where obviously other peole that attended as well and nobody seemed to be mad or upset.

Definately worth going even if you do not like to travel as you will still get you're prize. Nothing illegal going on here, just an honest advertising promo on the company's behalf. Check it out !!!!!!!!

They had received an email from me a while ago and that I had answered several questions for a state registered contest. They also said that they are a third party verifier and that I should call back Chad Edwards

I missed a call from 773-293-6982 and called back and got a voice mailbox for Chad.  I then googled this area code and found this site!  How crazy is this.  This call came to my cell phone and I have signed up on the "do not call" list.  After reading these postings, I know I didn't miss anyone important.

I just got a call from the same # 773-293-6982. I callled back and left a vioce message for Chad. He called me back and said the EXACT same thing that everybody else on this sight has been saying. I just Googled his # and this is what I came up with! Thank you to all cause now I'm NOT going to call this scam artist back AND sorry for all that fell for it. You HAVE to be pro-active in finding out as much as you can about ANY prize offering these days!

I got a call from 773-293-6982 telling me that they had received an email from me a while back and that I had answered several questions for a state registered contest. This is a lie because I did no such thing. They also said that they are a third party verifier and that it would definitely be in my best interest that I should call back Chad Edwards. I have received several of these call scams in the past and all I can say is that they are "scams". I had called back on one of them and they told me that all I had to do was to go at a certain location, listen to a 2 hour pitch on inexpensive vacations packages, bring my check bood and 2 pieces of I.D. Thanks to postings like on this site, I was able to ascertain that others have been scammed also.

They called me with number 773-293-6982.  The caller had an ID which was Edwards C, which I think is a bogus ID. This has to be a scam!!! I think I'm going to send out all my information to the FBI.  I have so many different names and numbers and many of them told me I won a prize by filling something out online, which is a scam and or a fraud.

Caller (person 1) left message informing me that I won a prize when I entered into a state drawing.  Informing me to call back.  I called back at 1-773-293-6982 and left a message.  When Chad (person 2) called me back, he did not know anything about me.  Only told me that I had to be at least 25, then got disconnected.  However, I believe the disconnect was intentional.
