was called this evening from same number he says his name is Richard Murphy out of Chicago IL now and wants 200 up front for a 10,000 dollar loan on a 4 year repayment which averages out to right around 300 a month and supposedly after the 7th payment you get the loan processing fee refunded to you......I was born at night but it sure wasn't last night!

IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  He already took over $10,000 dollars from my friend who is now losing her home because of this a@@^&*e.  He still has the nerve to ask for $1,000 more otherwise she will go to jail.  You're not going anywhere people!!!!!!!!!!  No paperwork, no money.  If they send you paperwork go to an agency and find out if it's real. When she told me the situation I called and found out it's the same scam they tried to pull on me.  They make great money by doing this crap. Don't be scared.  Make sure you investigate before giving any information or money.

The guy says he is "Paul Evans from Bestloans," you can find their website at bestloans.co.uk Basically, it's a scam. He says you're approved for however much money you applied for at <insert random site you applied at here> and then tells you he can't fax you the paperwork until you agree to accept the loan, and also that you have to send him your first payment up front. BEFORE you get the paperwork. Do not send this guy money.
