I have just received an call from the same number as you. They have only called me once, and when I answered they wanted to talk to me about helping me find a college near by. Maybe it's the same for you? Is there any possibility that you could have entered your number into a website while searching for colleges?

No name on caller ID. Decided to pick up and talk with a lady who had a mid-asian accent (India?) and asked her to delete my phone # (which is on the DNClist) and that I will report to the ftc and other agencies.

They call frequently, never leave a message and when I do answer they say nothing. Very annoying.

I also called the number back and got a recording to remove my number!  If it doesn't work within the 48 hrs they gave to remove it I will call the Att.General's Office.

Everyone, there should be a feature on your cell phone that you can put this number and other numbers on alist that will be blocked before it gets to you, it has a message stating thatthis number will not or does not take calls from this number or something like that....See if you have it on your phone and try it or just pressed the end call key when that number shows on your ID....Don't answer and it won't cost you anything.

Got a call to my cell phone in CA. I don't answer unknown callers. No message was left. Caller ID listed Illinois area code.

I just got a call from these people and they left no message, but when I called back using caller ID it said they were from an election campaign trying to solicate donations.

PTC A Marketing company.  They are calling you because you may have filled something out on the internet.

The number 773-332-9039 is a calling company CCT in Chicago, IL. It is contracted by clients, (schools, marketing, etc), to call you and suggest their product. You can call the number, (CCT), and have them remove your number from their database via mail, e-mail, or over the phone. I am so tired of my information being should here and there for marketing purposes! It pisses me off that all commercial enterprises can legally sell your personal information! Even your damn bank can do it! Once the information is out on the www, and other entities it is impossible to erase, or even know who has your information.

I receive at least 2 calls each day from this TPC company.  They do leave me a message which states they may be a customer's company that I do business with or relating to a political survey.  I have tried phoning back with no success.  Its annoying and I would like them to either stop calling or leave a more exact specific message so that I know how to respond.
