It's a robocall.  A robocall that is illegally using the name of a chicago organization.

I have gotten calls, from 773-355-9873.

I don't pick up. Tried calling back.

A womans voice, on voice maill comes up.
Saying not in, at the moment.

I wish & hope, they would stop, calling
my #.

I don't know who or what this number is. They didn't leave a voice mail either. The number just showed up & the phone vibrated. That's it. Next time, I hope they leave more of a trail.
