Who is this? What is a "suspicious" call?

AUTOMATED TELEMARKETING.  UNWANTED CALL. THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS NOT SHOWING UP ON MY CALLER ID, OTHER THAN " OUT OF THE AREA".

I'm on the no call list.

Company left message talking about free water quality test in my area.

Getting that call also. ID says Valdosta, Ga.

Caller ID just said Valdosta, GA.  Left half a message on our machine -- something about free water quality testing in our area.  This is one of the more idiotic robo calls we have received.  In the first place why is a Georgia co. soliciting this type of service in Wisconsin?  In the second place, have they never heard of the no-call list?

Same here. ID say Valdosta, Ga. I don't know anyone in that city and I'm not answering.

Just got a call a little while ago here in Mass. Offering a free water quality test if you press one. Caller ID just said Valdosta GA. I am on the do-not-call list. Will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

They hit on both points. I'm on the do-not-call list AND it was an automated computerized call.

Programmed computer to call hundreds of times - seems to reach a magicjack error message - strange since 2 calls came in on two different #s from the same origin at the same time?

This is a private number, not listed, not identified, from somewhere in GA. When they call you, they pull the silence game. But when you call them, the person is so frightened that they will not pick up the call. I suggest that for every time they call you, you should dial their number 10 times and leave no message. Let's see how much they like what they serve to others.
