I received the same message on my CELL PHONE! It was from Frank, saying to call back 1-866-999-3703, extension 263. The call originated from 773-363-3947.  He was calling to say that they had pulled my ticket and that I have won one of their four fine prizes, and to call back as soon as possible since it is a "time sensitive matter."

Sounds pretty suspicious to me! The exact same thing actually happened again to me about 2 years prior, however it was on our home phone. When I called that number back, they claimed since I wasn't 25 I hadn't won, and they'd call back in the future for their other drawings.

Yes this is another way to either waste your time or take your money. The reason why it for couples? They want to sell you something. The prizes they claim youve won? They are for the people who show up to the address they give and sit threw a 90 min sell-0-thon. Then they have a drawing where you may win something. They claim up to $20000 or a trip to las Vegas. But actualy you walk away with a free dinner to a local restaurant. Some people drove from an hour to 2 hours away. They tell you on the phone youve won and you will go home with something I promise you that. But save the gas money and your time. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME
This number is also connected to 866-999-3703. They are claiming many things from winning cars to trip Prizes. They also go by several names. Global Excapes and Star Vacations. They are located in Chicago.

Recieved a message on my answering machine from 'Allison' who giggled while she said "your ticket was pulled as a winner in a contest entry form filled out in your name" and that we "won one of 4 major prizes".  She gave the number 866-999=3703 x265 and said to call back regarding our prize.  She stated that it was "not a telemarketing or timeshare, and it was not a solicitation call." She never once stated the name of her company or our name or phone number, so we immediately suspected it to be a random solicitation scam.

I received a message explaining that I won a car on my voicemail from Amy Devero (with a country accident and she even left a Bible Verse). When I called back, all I could reach was her voicemail, after dialing her extension so I figured what the heck and left her a message; the number she left was 1-866-999-3703, ext 264. This man called back (Kevin? I think) claiming that he was the supervisor and told me that I needed to realize what I just won! Then I said no I have no idea, explain it to me to which he responded that I had to be 35 years of age and married because this is a special for couples. I said that oh okay, he said you aren't 35 are you? I said no and he said okay well thanks and hung up. Very weird, which is why I'm on here looking up information; he called back from 773-363-4016.
