The problem being they do not believe you for a start, and they don't care. What they hear is someone denying being the person they are calling for to begin with.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Left a message on my ans. machine saying something about a summons.  They had the wrong name.  I'm pretty sure I called an odd number on my caller id a month ago and the woman mentioned the same name.  I said they had the wrong number and she said they wouldn't call again.  So much for that!

I got a call from them also. They gave me another # to call and a code. they said they were calling to collect a debt from KAY jewelers and if i didnt pay them they would send a summoms. I did some research their company seems to be fraud, the only thing in worried about is they knew my SSN which i didnt confirm.

got a call from this number and didnt answer it and i called it back and it was a magic jack number...then they call back and gave the same story that a company called unci has a summons they wanna serve me and this"inspecter" joe shmo is an inspecter for a location service locating people..they had a case # and a telephone # to call....sounds like a scam....when will these people ever quit.

I just got another call from this number as well. This appears to be nothing more than Scam.  I have no outstanding bills. The person on the other end could not tell me anything about the alleged Bill, she claims I have a summons from.  I told her to send me something in writing, she then asked for my address.  I said if you have a legitimate summons,you would not need my address, Please do not all back.
