keeps calling at 8:41pm every night! i do have a  toddler in bed.

Someone keeps on calling me from this number. They call at all times of day from 6 am to 9 pm.. I asked them to stop calling that I have no idea who they are looking for but they will not stop!! They have been very offensive on occasions.

This is Sallie Mae...something to keep in mind is that they can mask their actual phone number. They can change the area code ((so that you're more likely to pick up an area code you recognize)), they can even change the whole number to look like your mother is calling you ((they've done it, it's really creepy to pick up your phone expecting to hear your sweet mother's voice and have some man barking at you about loans instead)).

Also, no matter how many times you insist that they leave you alone ((whether or not you're the person they're actually looking for)), they don't have to do anything unless it's in writing. Demand their fax number and tell them you'll be sending them written confirmation not to call you or contact you anymore. They can't deny you the fax number, and if they do ((because they may not "have one")), you won't hear from them again cause you clearly know the rules and can get them in trouble.

Sallie Mae, only know because they've called before.

But is it really legal to call me from personal cell phones???  Where is the  privacy if they can do that with my information.

i got the call from this number but it said wireless call, seems they have learned a few tricks
