if you wait about 10 seconds a person will come on the line from some home mortgage organization.they've called asking for someone named mary.  i've told them not to call but they continue. i'll just have to get a whistle and blow it in their ear until they get the message.

hope I can help you guys getting calls from this #....my job affords me the ability to trace these calls without answering them....what I learned is "DON'T ANSWER"  and if you do, it would be to your advantage not to give them any info or even admit you are the person they are asking for...to avoid identity theft....most of the time they wil hang up if you answer...or if they actually speak to you ...they will not answer any question ie: "who's calling please...or "who do you represent?."  Remember they are calling you...they are required to answer your questions first to establish that they are legetimate...
It's your phone,you pay the bill,you are not required to even answer the  phone ,never mind allowing them to bully you in any way.

I receive calls everyday, several times a day from this number. When I answer, there is no one there.

I hate phone calls anyway---but this is not a business call.  It is more diabolical than that.
Problem is--it's a one way call

every morning like clock work i get a call from this number and they never say a word, when i try to call them back it remains busy....if you get the chance to talk to these people tell them to knock it off, they drive me crazy

I keep getting calls from this number and when I finally do answer, they don't say anything.  I tried calling the number back, and it just rings..... SCAMMERS
