You are completely wrong. All of our employees speak perfect English. I am reading all these lies and I find it amusing how far some of you people are willing to go just to bi*** about something so little. We work hand in hand with Century Link, Time Warner, Comcast, Charter etc. These companies have gotten so large so they hire master agents such as TBI to take care of their sales and retention for them. TBI is not a scam nor are they a shady company.

They call repeatedly.  It would be nice if they had representatives who actually spoke English so you could understand what they're trying to scam you with.  Every caller has had such poor, broken English it sends red flags up immediately.  

Time warner cable contracted tbi to offer you bettter services at lower prices to retain business. If you use timewarner they are calling to give you new business pricing. They will actually increase your internet speed and lower your bill at the same time. Tbi is the largest telecom broker in the us and certainly not a scam.of any kind.

That number is telecom brokerage from the inside sales team, and you are right we are the largest master agent for most of the major telecommunications carriers. The calls you guys are experiencing is the result of a new dialing system for the inside sales system that was not configured quite right. Sorry for the bother, but hese things do happen when dealing with new technologies.

I also got a call from them "TBI" he said they are calling from time warner cable company to let us know of their new rates and really good bundles. I would think it should say Time Warner Cable, not this TBI.

This is not Telecom Brokerage International. Just because they have the same initials doesn't mean you "BAM! Nailed them". Telecom Brokerage International is one of the largest master agents in the country representing many many carriers such as Century Link, Verizon, AT&T etc, but they are actually the sales arm for these companies. Either there is a company who used the caller ID of "TBI" to make you think they are someone else or it's another company with the initials of TBI, but it's NOT Telecom Brokerage International. That TBI only deals with the voice and data networks of corporations. They do not work on residential lines at all. Maybe you should do a little more research before you accuse a company like that with your ridiculous "BAM Nailed them" statements. It makes you look silly!

Yeah--the website for Telecom Brokerage, Inc. posts associations with Century Link, Comcast,and Level (3) Comm, and they are featured vendors.  They are in business together.

And when I do a reverse search, it also shows up as a residential phone.  The listings are not always current, so that may be a time lag error, or not.

So, if TBI doesn't respond, maybe try CL and see if they like dealing with it.

Got 5 calls from this TBI--about every 5 minutes.  Started before 9am as well.  8:54am to 9:23am.  I never asked them to call.  I never did business with them, that I know of.

Could they be some outfit Century Link hired?  I switched to my local cable for phone.  Century Link is out of Louisiana, and their past looks less than stellar.

Anyway, I guess I have this to look forward to now, and it seems hit and mostly miss when dealing with them to stop the calls, from what I read here.

What you said you did.  Does not end the calls from that number.  If you think people believe you.  Then you are just as bad and stupid and the people that are behind the offending number.

These are telemarketers trying to get you to switch telephone service and they trick you in to answering the call saying they are from "Quest" or "Integra" or "Century Link" which ever phone company you presently use, and then they say they can save you money if you switch. I usually hang up on them, dirty b's.

These idiots keep calling my work. When I answer with the business name they hang up. So I started answering just saying "hello". Miraculously they would start talking to me then. They would ask for various people, some by name, some just by "whoever handles the telephone service". When they called yesterday I asked them why they hang up when we answer with the business name. He had no reason, he said he didn't know. Anyways I told him to just remove the number from their call list. We're not interested in what they have. He said ok.

Now today they call again. TWICE! First time I did not answer but the other person who did knew of this situation and told them AGAIN to not call here. Exactly 1 hour and 23 minutes later they call again!!!!!!!! I answer this time. I answered hello and they asked for who was in charge of phones I told them that I have repeatedly told them to quit calling here. He said he's never called here! I told him I had it recorded and that the owner is getting very mad at these calls. He told me to quit being hostile!

I cannot believe these people. They call and bug me at WORK everyday and I'm supposed to just continuing being Miss Sally Sunshine with them? They've got to be kidding me!

If these people call you tell them to go *#$& themselves. They're soliciting tactics are so ridiculous. The people are rude and clearly lack any sort of manners or intelligence. Must be why such a crappy company hired them.

773.557.1015 keeps calling me as well. I asked for the persons supervisor and he kept saying "im confused".. asking him "how hard is it to answer that question?"... "what... is .. your.. supervisors.. name" finally after asking it 3-4 times i got Ian.. and the number to call back was the one the CallerID picked up. Unfortunately its a purposely filled up mailbox....

3/14/12: I received a call from this number. He wanted to speak to the person who makes the business decisions. I asked who was calling. He said he was from CenturyLink and that they own our business lines. We do not have CenturyLink. I told him the owner was out of town.

Yeah hate this company. They basically call 5 people and the first one to answer gets transferred to a telemarketer and the other 4 get hung up on. It keeps the telemarketers busy at the expense of pissing off everyone else. &*#$^%#$ marketing at its finest.

They are violating the Federal Do Not Call List.    Get a copyof your caller ID..  my fax prints them out.  Make complaint and send documented call list and they will get fined.  

You have to be on list to make a complaint.

Same here....it shows up as "TBI" and then hangs us within a few seconds after I answer...a pain...I called and got the "voice mailbox full" msg...

We are getting calls every day from this number.  We are on the do not call list, and they still call.

Called main number given by Leslie, and spoke with Peter. He sent me to a message machine, but at least I got someone.  Guess I will call him when I get an empty TBI call at 1:18 every day.

this number calls every morning at the same time.  when answered it disconnects.  the main # is 773-557-1010 and option 3 is human resources.  Ask for Elizabeth and ask her to remove your number from their database.

Keep getting calls from 773-557-1015; no one on the line when calls are answered.  Caller ID shows:  TBI and number.

I have a voip PBX system that is now making over 100,000 calls per second using multiple SQL-Enterprise DB servers to that number.  No one should have a problem from here on out, because we have clogged the switches. It won't stop until the telecom company sees that their switches are jammed and drops the number due to the HUGE number of calls recieved and BW wasted.  If you waste the telecom companies bandwidth in a MEGA WAY it will stop.  If everyone made only 10 calls back to these numbers it would end for everyone.  DO IT AND TAKE CONTROL!
