When I apply they acted nice and they were working with me once I ask them if they can lower my monthly payment they don't care because I saw the interested omg what a rip off. They harassed people I am not refusing I can pay what I can I got into a situation but it seem they don't understand.. Need help

These are predatory lenders criminals  

Report them to the Attorney General in your state.

It is illegal for them to do what they do. They have hundreds of numbers.

It is cash call. Yes, I borrowed some money from them and have paid every month. Then in August, I needed to move a due date and their bloodly computer started calling. Spoke to someone who could care less. Some of their employees are descent and others a grade a jerks. Fast as I am able too, it will be paid off. If you can help it do not borrow from these guys. 39% interest rate.

Called me 12 times today including 6 times at work reminding that my payment is due tomorrow.

If you don't owe them anything I can understand your anger/frustration. On the other had, if you took a loan out from these people and didn't pay then why would you be surprised that they call you?

This is CashCall, Inc.

CashCall, Inc has continued it's unlawful methods of collection.  The California Attorney Generals office pursued and obtained a Judgment against CashCall, Inc in the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles (Case # BC420115) in 2009.  Additionally, there is a current case in Northern California against CashCall, Inc for the same violations (Case #CV 08-3174 MEJ).  This has been certified as a Class Action Lawsuit against them.  The State of West Virginia won a $15 million dollar judgement against them for illegal collection practices.

I have been a victim of CashCall's continued practices and sent certified mail to them, thus my ability to prove their violations. Yet, they continue to violate the Judgment against them, showing blatant disregard for the Court and the Attorney Generals Office.  Further sanctions and/or action needs to be taken against them.  

I encourage EVERYONE who has similar problems with CashCall, Inc to file a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office as well as the California Dept or Corporations.  Check back here periodically as I'm in the process of finding an attorney for action against them.

Been getting calls from them too.  Never had a loan with them either.  They are are praying people will give them enough information, thinking they are a legitimate company, to be able to issue valid claims of debt so they can legally drain your accounts.  Do not give them any information... it is a scam as they are just cold calling every name and number combo they can find hoping someone will actually be in debt enough and disorganized enough to give up the goat without a fight.

These people are relenetless. They use all kinds of different numbers.
They are from all over the country.
They call every hour on the hour from 8am-10pm Mon-Sun.

I get new ones everyday. When they realize noone is going to answer the phone the change their
number and location.
They are a payday loan company that is really "Western Sky" They are owned by the indian reservations.
They are exempt from complaints as they are considered non profit. With is BS because they charge 300% interest on their loans.
How is that non-profit or legal.
I am going  to find a way to sue them for harrassment.
There should be a way to get a class action suit against these people.

I'm tried of these people calling

This number is always calling my cell phone.  I have no idea what they want, I have never had any dealings with Cash Call.  As a matter of fact I looked them up on the internet and they are illegal to do business in Texas.
