Call from an unidentified lady telling me it is "urgent" and a "time sensitive matter" and to call back ASAP

Oh, yeah - i forgot - this prize selection was in response to an on-line questionnaire we filled out 12-18 months ago.  Strange how everyone who filled out forms, raffles, requests 12 to 18 months ago are now winners.  Also, if we supposedly filled this form out on-line, why didn't they email us instead of calling 9 times?  

Phone number is now blocked!

My wife got these calls and they were relentless.  Called 9 times over 24 hours.  Wanted her to attend a seminar at a local hotel.  The lady told my wife that we would be winners of a new Dodge Durango, $25,000, two airline tickets to anywhere or a new laptop.  We just had to show up for a 90 minute session.  Session about what - the lady never said.  

When I told my wife it was a scam that that we weren't going, the lady told her that we would definitely be one of the winners.  My wife asked if she could come alone - Nope!  Had to be couples.  No Children.  No one else!  

Too fishy for my taste - we are staying home.

7736392399, said worldwide on caller id and when I answered was told I had won some thing from something I had filled out on line, as I have never filled out anything on line, I told them not to call again and to remove my number from their list
