Illegal pre-recorded message plays first, *before* any live person is on the line.  This is a clear violation of the TCPA, but somebody with more time than me will have to sue them.

Liars.  They claim that I filed out some entry into a contest.  Like hell I did.

I received a call from (773) 696 - 0407 and this guy told me I was a winner for a cruise from a drawing. I said great you're a winner of the idiot club month with a bonus hangup and I didn't have to use a scam to do it.

Random robo call to my Florida mobile that told me I won a cruise. Hung up, didn't bother trying around.

I didn't answer my cell # since I didn't recognize the #.  Called 7:13pm. Part of a recorded message was left on my answering machine.  The part is where if you press a number you can talk with someone or be removed from their list.  773-696-0407 was the ph#, no ID shown.  Area code 773 is in Illinois

I was another target of this cruise scam today. My number is on the do not call list. I told them I would file a complaint...and a few other things and hanged on them. Where are the regulators and the police? It shouldn't be that hard to find and arrest these thieves.

Received a call from 773-696-0407. I didn't answer the call.  I found a Google Search, from Chicago, Illinois was done 1 day before the call was made.  Chicago appears as the address of the phone number.  Might be a stretch, but that was the only search from Chicago done in the previous several months.

Because of your recent entry in a sweepstakes, you won a Carnival Cruise...That's how the recording started on 29 October 2013.  Hung up right after that...  I've never entered a sweepstakes...  I'm in area code 850.

Called today (11-2-2013) for the first time to my cell phone. Didn't answer.

KEEPS CALLING, I DO NOT ANSWER.  THEY ARE WASTING THEIR TIME TRYING TO TALK WITH ANYONE HERE.

I got the recorded message - something about completing a cruise ship application form.  I pressed 1 to eff with them for a while - knowing full well that I was dealing with a scammer.  When I told the caller that I had "completed a form" for the cruise ship...she laughed at me and hung up on me.  Lots of boiler room background noise.
Dang - I was really looking forward to that free cruise -  /s/

Have blocked their number.  Buy a call blocking phone or a call blocking device.

Selected option 1 and the dooshbag goes "Congratulations on your cruise". I politely asked him how they got my number and he cut me off! Was trying to see how I could get hold of their manager to complain but reading what I have here, I best not bother.

You won a cruise scam. pushed 1 and talked to a rep. Said I can book with the three major cruise lines. He wanted me to pay the "tax" when I said I wasn't interested, he asked again and then slammed the phone down. Scam.

Did not leave a message. Tried to dial it back from my work cell phone and the call doesn't even ring.

A boiler room full of scammers trying to con people into buying all sorts of different things.  This is a snake pit for hire, beware!!!

Jus' got a voice mail message from this number... to push a prompt to speak to a cruise specialist.  VERY strange though as this is my phone is a Magic Jack number and NEVER used except for my teens to call friends (when their cells are taken away.)  I don't even give out this number... oop... ummmm... jus' remembered that I now use it for Publix (grocery-store) coupon codes because I didn't want to give my cell number.  Hmmmmm... I wonder if they gave away my number.  Not sure... but I really don't know how else my number would've gotten out like that.

This was a recorded message saying "Because of your recent entry in a sweepstakes, you won a Carnival Cruise."
I never entered a sweepstakes and this is my cell phone number, so this company is using my cell phone minutes.
I pressed 1 to speak to an operator and when I told her I was on the FTC and state of FL Do Not Call List, she hung up.

I have a 407# as well and they called both my cell phone AND my Google voice number at the same time. No one has my Google voice number (I've never used it in the 5 years that I've had it!)

This has probably been the 10th time they've called me in over a week. So ANNOYING!

They've "selected me" to win some kinda cruise. Scam City, Illinois. I didn't answer, but they were in the process of leaving a message.

"The FBI reports a break-in every 15 minutes... have a free sign placed on your lawn..."  Sounded suspect.

I recieved 2 calls back to back last night from this #. I did not answer my phone. They did not leave a message either.
