I dont answer any number that I dont know. EVER!! They usually wont leave a message therefore telling me truely that I dont know them. Its annoying as hell but they can call all they want because I will not answer.

Yes I received this phone call today .  I don't owe anybody anything

I do still owe state taxes for some reason my tax guy made a mistake and from what I have read on the web I can just pay 2 years of taxes this year and they told me that it cant be done like that and i think it is becasue they will not get there cut or something, the guy I talked to was an a** hole and I told him if he wants the money to come and get it.

Called my cell for a individual i do not know and would not give me any information about who the were -Identified himself as Daniel Hill and stated that this person had listed me as a reference and to have them call him at 773-724-6140.

Asking for an Alan told there is no Alan here but they continue to call

This number has called on several occasions and when I answer they are very rude and ask to speak to someone that does not live in my household. I have told them a few times that noone by that name lives here and they continue to call. This last time a man had called and was so obnoxious and extremely rude and would not give me his name.When I got upset and told him no to be calling because this person does not live here,  told me "to slow my role" and I hung up. I returned the call from my cell phone and a "Carmen" had answered. She didn't answer as a business office would answer or a someone of professional etiquette would so I'm assuming these are scammers but if I'm wrong come forward with your business and be more professional to you job title

This person named "Denise" called my Aunt in Tenn looking for me, (I live in Pa) she told my Aunt that they "weren't a collection agency" they had important info financial info for me. An hour later they called my Mother (also out of state) and a "shaneekwa" wanted to "discuss business" with me. This time they left the phone number (773)724-6167 and I called it. This is the phone call verbaten " yeah, this is shaneekwa, what can I do for you?-Hello, this is so and so, I'm returning your call. - ok, what's yer address, phone number and ss# so we can verify who you are! - well, I'd like to talk to "Denise" - you mean "Shanice" Aaight, "Yeah this is Shanice what do you want? - I'm so and so and you left me a message. Is this a collection agency? -i can't tell you less you verify who you is and give me your ss#, address and phone number. - well, just send me a letter ref: what it is I supposedly owe- we aint no collection place?, we do lots of stuff here! I need to talk to you about the money you owe us! - CLICK ( I'd like to know how they got the phone numbers of my Mother and Aunt)

BBB Better get their act together or I will file a lawsuit against them. You asked them to take you off the list and they keep calling even though there is no such person here.

Several problems encountered with this when trying to collect something.

1.)  Misrepresented themselves as the IRS when then are not.
2.)  Attempted the contact my father-in-law and discuussed the nature of the call with someone who is not the person in question.
4.)  Did not divulge that the call was an attepmt to collect a debt.
5.)  Attempted to collect something without a written letter outlining the claim first.
6.)  Called back after advising that no further contact would be carried out be the phone.  If I truly was who they were looking for, that all future contact would be carried out by mail, and said notices would get to me if the had the correct address for the correct person
7.)  Threatened actions that they are not legally able to make on behlaf of their client.

Beware.  Compliants being filed with BBB and other nesseccary agencies and looking into legal action as result of non-compliance of the Fair Credit Act.

This number has contacted us twice and demanded that we owed a substancial amount of money to the Illinois state tax. From 2005!! They had known SSN and Names. They didn't ask for any other information or try to explain why this was happening, Only how we wanted to pay for the amount "due". The two times we received a phone call it was from a male caller. (He informed us that we will be audited the next day if we didn't pay and that we will receive a visit from a state representative. This time he threated that our assests will be taken from us if not paid.) Then I decided to take it upon myself to call the number back, appx. 5 minutes later, a female answered the same number. She was VERY rude and snooty and said she could not give out any information unless it was the person regaurding the tax payment. She would not even give me a phone number for the Illinois Secretary of Revenue unless she was speaking to the intended caller. No names were ever given to us this whole time. And they refered to them selfs as HSN. Never stating what the "N" stood for.  We have let them know that we will be contacting a lawyer and filing for harasment if another phone call is received... we'll see whats happens next.

You keep calling my cell phone, I am a Canadian!!  I dont owe you anything I would very much wish you stop calling my cell phone and filling up my voicemail with your messages!  It is no doubt a wrong number you are calling so please kindly remove it from you calling list.  I am not Mrs Washington, and as i said I am Canadian and have never been out of Canada so its a wrong number!

This company called and informed my husband that he owed this amount of money and asked for my husband to give him his credit card information without any explanation of what it was for. When I spoke to the Mr. Parker I informed him that he should send us the necessary information to receive the payment other wise he will not receive a payment. In the future they really need to send information out regarding if someone owes anything. He then asked me for our address and i informed him that if he had our phone number then he should also have or have a way of obtaining the address.
