I got a call from this number at exactly 9:13am 5/23/14. I picked my phone up and didn't speak at all just to see if anyone would say anything. This lady says, "Shirley" twice, but I never said a word. Then this lady continued by saying, "Shirley, we will just have the judge issue a warrant for your arrest" and just hung up the phone. This lady never mentioned what this was all about. This kind of madness needs to stop.

So I got a call from this number on both my house phone and my cell.  She told me if Kymberli didn't call them back they would issue a warrant for my arrest.  Funny how I was never told who they were or what they were calling for.  They just gave me a "file number" and a message to call Ms. Johnson or I was going to be arrested.  After looking up the number and discovering 142 complaints on this specific number I called them back.  I didn't even tell them my name, I said that they are scam artists and stop calling my phone.  She immediately replied "I'll have a judge issue a warrant for your arrest."  Then she promptly hung up.  So any person with a brain would know that a company can't have a judge issue warrant for your arrest.  So I would advise anyone who receives a call from this number to report them.

How can you call someone for bad check who don't write checks... Please answer?????

Just got a call from this number and stating that there are four affidavits against with my name.  Wanting me to call her back.  Do I look stupid!!  This is a scam AND DO NOT REAL

Don't let these people fool you!  By law they have to turn any bad checks over to the State Attorney for bad check writing if they want to press charges on you and collect money.  Then the State Attorney decides what to do in each case.  Payday loans don't fall under the same guidelines as when you bounce a check at a retailer.  Also, by law they have to notify you in writing what the debt is for and how much.  You have 30 days to respond to the letter requesting proof of debt.  If they can't provide actual proof of debt (ie. signed check or signature) they have to cancel the debt.  I hope they do try and call me again because I filed bankruptcy last year and included my payday loan from 10 years ago in the filing and it was discharged.  By law I can go after their company for damages for harassment and I will get money from them!!!  I have already reported them to my state phone crimes.  They love to prey on the weak people who will actually believe that they can do the things they state in their message. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!  THEY ARE NOT LAWYERS AND NOT POLICE!  Also, the lady that called me sounded like she was eating while leaving me a message.  Real professionals!

this company called me last night saying there was felony charges pending if i didnt pay a bill it was a payday loan from 10 years ago like a dummy i freaked out and sent them 100.00 and find out there is no compant that uses a name o JJFSLLC so i reported it today

the company is real i thougth it was a scam at first but then i got a atty an they told me the best thing to do is pay it cuz if u go to jail u would have to pay a purge of $3,000 so y pay that much win u could just take care of the loan u no u did it just take care of it dahhhhhhhhh then u wont have them people calling u

Yeah she just called me and was like you got four worthless checks and I am signing off now So you may get put in jail. Then she says find someone to care for your kids. I don't have kids and she wouldn't even explain Where the loan was.  Really woke me up for this.

Yea, some woman name Melissa Young that I would go to jail for a worthless check. She said that she works for some type of fraud division. This bull sh*t  about a loan I took out years ago.

This company says they handle fraud investigation with a bad check. This is a collection agency. They almost had me until I contacted the attorney general's office, and they said it was a scam. You can't go to jail for a payday loan. That's all this was, is a loan I took out 4 years ago. These people should be put in jail. They shouldn't be pretending like they are with a law firm or that they work with the state attorney's office. Do your research!
