I keep getting calls from this number all the time but if I go and answer it nobody is there STOP CALLING ME

Got calls from the number.

I received a call from 773-747-6008 asked for me by name and I told them that I was in interested and the guy said to me interested in what and I said what ever it is that you are trying to offer me, then I asked him to remove my number from their dialing system and he said to me, I will think about it. The guy had an heavy accent so I know that call did not come from the United States, there has to be some kind of law to provent companies outside of the United States to gain american numbers so that they can call and harass american people. SMH
