I can decode this into English.  What he's saying is:

I find it hard to understand why anyone wouldn't know and agree with this.

They call me about 20 times a day Idk if i should tell them to go to he-- or tell them to send me a check cause they want me to give them $115.00 then they will put money on my cc card they know alot of my info n i only called n talked to one atturney bout my problem so how did they get this info?

THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS NOT ME AND THEY SAID OK WHAT UR NAME N I GAVE IT TO THEM N MY CHANGE OF ADDRESS, S*** THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME 7500.00 SO I GAVE IT TO THEM AND I THOUGHT IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE SENDING MONEY WESTERN UNION I DONT GE IT, BUT I JUST CALLED N TOLD THEM OFF LOL, PLEASSE IF SOMEONE KNOWS HOW THEY MAKE MONEY FROM THIS LET ME NO, N DID NEONE EVER GO TO WESTERN UNION TO SUPPOSIVELY PICK THIS SO CALLED MONEY UP?? LOL

I didn't believe anything they said and wouldn't give them any info. Wen I refused the guy started yelling at me and hung up.... I notice all the ones claiming to have gotten money aren't posted on here any longer.

No.  The number calling you is a pure imaginary number.  Please rotate your phone 90 degrees and try again.

NO!  And you should NEVER give out your personal or financial information over the phone to some random caller from out of the blue yonder.  Let's think this through - if it was legitimate - if in fact, you were part of a class action lawsuit for some medical procedure you had undergone or drug you had taken - you would receive a letter via USPS snail mail.  This letter would clearly identify the attorney/law firm.  It would state the basis of the class action lawsuit and a lengthy description of your rights.  It would also state how long it would likely take for the class action suit to be settled and how long you should expect to wait for any settlement check to be mailed to you.  The letter would also give you information on how to opt-out of the lawsuit if you wanted to pursue an individual claim.

In short, please don't believe some random stranger on the phone - you don't know who they are and what they could do with any personal information you give them.  Again, you would receive a letter about any potential settlement, not a phone call.

Did you really get money from these people because they called me insisting on me giving my bank info over the phone yesterday.

I got this call..."Hi this message is for me hi  this is Johnny Dee calling from STA is the FDA-and-drug-administration department(?) and this call is concerning for your compensation(?) amount the kids he hasn't a piece of medical money thirty to seven thirty pm. So again give me a call right back. Alright. Have a great day."  The scary thing is he knew some of my medical history.  After letting me know how much he was going to compensate me, he asked for my cc card or bank checking/saving information because he said he needed to do the money transfer electronically (even if you earn credit card reward points, they will send you a check if requested).  Immediately I told him I was uncomfortable giving out this information for fear this was a scam.  He immediately hung up on me.  He had the nerve to call me back today.  Send me a check already if you are not a scam.  The other number he used was 9175243946.

This is a scam.  These people are posing to be attorneys in order to get personal information/money.  Do not return their call and do not give out personal information.

No, the number relates to a scammer who has posed as a fake attorney (or in the case I witnessed, as a real attorney who they must have found on google) requesting money to settle a fake lawsuit on your behalf. Do not give them any information.
