I got a call from this number on Nov. 2nd. I ignored the call, and then my phone died. This morning I was checking y voicemail and I received a mysterious message with a lot of mumbling, but I couldn't make it out. My voicemail (strangely) did not tell me who it was from.

call to UT cell from 773-945-5530 11/02/2013 at 09:20.  No message.

Received call with recorded message about free security system if you let them place a sign in your yard.   This is a scam, do not do buisness with this company.
NEVER ever do buisness with a company that calls you.  
By doing buisness with a company that calls you you are encourageing, enabling, and supporting this type of action.
If everyone hung up with these type of companies than that would solve this issue.

Just got a call from this number a few minutes ago. No message left. They seem busy today based on all the comments :(

Just called me too, I hung up.

Called my wireless number.  Didn't answer (didn't recognize the area code, let alone the number).  The message left in my voice mail sounded like a recording that ended with "press 9"

Same deal as above. No message, I called back, some sort of obscure company representative source.

Received call from this number ten minutes ago. Was in the shower so I did not answer. No voicemail. Texted them. Call call originated from a 'landline' and cannot be texted without paying addition charges. Googled the number and found this page, and was surprised at how recent the posts were.

Just got a call on my cell and let it go to voicemail. Called back and got the option to speak to a customer service rep or get off the call list. (I chose the later). Wow, this seems to be happening to a lot of people today.

Received pre-recorded call regarding how often home break-ins occur and how I should protect my family, and then wanted to place a home security system sign in my yard for no cost to me.  I just hung up.

Some home security system called me, but I declined it and I let it go to voicemail.

Tel market. No big thing. Call back and press 2 for do not call list :-)

Another call about security systems!  How to make it go away!  I get several calls a week with the same message but from different phone numbers.

answered and right away asked to have my number removed. Every year I get a call from them, even though I'm on the "do not call list"

Yeah, pre-recorded message about home break in something-or-other. I called the # back after I hung up, and after a long silence I was given the option to talk to a customer service rep, or have my number added to their do not call list. You can guess which one I picked.....

DO not answer these calls from scamming random numbers.  our government is responsible for enforcing the "no calls" from these people, but there's a lot of lawbreakers out there

I got home a few minutes ago and I checked my house phone and I thought I recognized the number that called my cell phone. So I looked at the house phone  and it was the same number that called my cell.  I look at it like this. If it's that important leave a message. If Idk the number I don't answer n I wait for a VM to pop up. (Never happens)
