I lost my phone and could not obtain a new cell until two weeks. I did not have internet as well but can access one if needed. Do you have a website that I may make a monthly payment during or after hours?
Is there a number I can use to pay over the phone because everytime I try to use the number it saids it is not valid?

I tryed to contact an account representative yesterday afternoon, and the first time my phone call was dropped. The second time I called I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I have called the office at least three times and left two messages. I will try again on Monday, but please contact me with an extension or inform me of another way to pay my monthly premium.
