Ive recieved several texts today from this number and was threatened with a bench warrant for a payday loan and I do not have a payday loan. I told them I was reporting this to the authority's in the morning.  I even tryed calling the number. No good then recieve a tex from them saying they only deal by via text message.  Thats bull crap and because I dont deal with that nonsense period. So lets put these peoplebin thier right ways

Ok, first of all, who texts you and threatens bench warrant... if they were going to do it then they wouldn't warn you... they would just do it... i have been getting these calls for years and i haven't seen anything result from  it. Besides, i was told they can't take you to court for something under $500... its a waste to pay in fees for such a low amount... Its just harassment to scare you and i have already report them.

Said if I didn't pay my payday loan they would issue a bench warrant. Sent via text.

Payday Loan Collections Scam.  They text you and say you need to pay or a bench warrant will be issued.  I texted back and said it was the wrong number and I would have them arrested for harassment if they ever contacted me again via voice or text.
