This is a feature of your doctors EMR program. It is the automated messaging system that uses their EMR (eClinicalWorks) programs servers. That is why it is not your doctors number. If set up properly it should give you a callback number of your drs office. I am currently setting this up for our practice! Let your doctor know if you want removed from the calling list, as the receptionist should know how to remove you.
