Call came in at 3:23PM on 2/10/2010 from Hawthorne, Nevada. When we tried to call back the system says "the number has not yet been set up for the number you dailed."  It is part of Liberty Telephone operations assigned numbers.

I received a call from this number yesterday at 11:38 AM CST.  They left no message.  Attempt to call them back, message says service for the number you called has not been established.

got multiple phone calls from 775-317-1603 and she left a message stating some contract is expiring and we should consider this is a last chance. Tried to call back but the phone number is not in service.

Picked up phone  and computer generated message was about lowering interest rates.  So I hung up.

Got several calls from this number.  No message

Had a phone call from 775-317-1603 7/9 at 2:11pm.  The caller ID has the name listed as Liberty Telecom.  Don't know who they are or why they are calling!

This # calls repeatedly even though we are on all the do not call lists!  They want to lower your credit interest. solicitation for credit card company.

Did not answer unknown number no msg left

Call came through on my cell phone while I was at work, since I did not recognize the number I did not answer it. I figure if it's important they'll leave a message like most normal businesses do. Well, whoever was calling did not leave a message so I won't be worrying about it anymore. If anything I'll put the number in my contacts under 'Do Not Answer' for a contact name ;)

I was called by the # 775 317 16 03 by a person pretending to work for visa/ mastercard. He asked if I had more than $3000 credit card depts on visa or mastercard and I was eligible for a rate reduction to 6% APR. He asked me to verifie my name, I told him: if you call me you should know my name.
He promptly hung up.

received a call from the same number. Tried to call it back (AFTER reading this report page) and it said "service for this number has not been established" which is a BIG red flag. SCAM!!!!

I was phoned by this number 3x today. They are also using UNKNOWN and not giving numbers. SCAM Artists. Report them to your State Atty General Consumer Fraud Div.
