Also called twice within 4 hours

Pressing 3 did the same thing to me, so I remembered a similar call that said press 2, so I did that on this call and got a message saying my number had been removed from the system.  Now that doesn't mean it really was removed...lol...but at least I didn't go into a loop by pressing 3!

How can you stop the number from calling your cell number

Pressing 3 only repeats the message, so I pressed 1, when I got through I she asked me for my name. I told her I was not interested in anything they were offering but that the #3 doesn't work, she hung up on me. Next time, I'm just going to press 1 and mess with them. Ask them their name, etc.

I got a call on 2-17-10 from this phone number.  I said hello, they didn't leave a message.  Didn't call back and leave a voicemail either.  Some companies have a computer that dials numbers to see when people answer so they in turn can have other companies call them as to when they'll be home.  You can go to :  http://www.primeris.com/  then go to Fone Finder on the left and put in the number and see what area a number is from.  This one is from Hawthorne, Nevada.

Got call from this number 4:39pm 2/17/10.  I did not answer as I did not recognize it. They did not leave a message. I am on the national do not call list.

I Recieved a call and pressed 1 to talk to a rep. in order to lower my intrest rate on my credit card to as low as 3%. After a short wait I did talk to a rep. and advised him I do NOT own a credit card and would he please lose my number. I did not receive a reply. All he did was hang up!

Called today from this number (2:38 PST). Did not answer. No voicemail left. Sorry this scam hasn't been stopped yet.

missed call, no voice mail from this number. I screen my calls to only those that I recognize. I do not know anyone in this area code.

this number called me too.  Thank goodness for caller ID. I ignore any call that is not in my address book...I mean any...I don't answer...ignore it.  If it is someone who is really trying to reach me they know how to reach me. I just push the delete

Receiving these phone calls once or twice a day for about the last 2 months.  Voice mail when left, is a womans recorded voice, saying "your account is fine, but this is your last opportunity to lower your interest rate.  When you call the 775 number back, it says "Service for the number dialed has not been established".

Caller claimed they were going to decrease my credit card interest rate and this was the last notice I would recieve. She said press one to connect.I did not.

Called my unlisted cell phone (perhaps they got from a web site selling my profile info and cell phone number) Interesting to note that after saying you can lower your interest rate it says "Consider this your final notice. Press 1 to speak to a live operator. Press 3 to discontinue further calls." Unsurprisingly, pressing 3 is not a way out of the scam and results in a repeat of the original message. I then hung up. they have called 3 or 4 times over the past month.
