I got the same call as well @ 10:46pm ET October 19th. Very creepy! It is a Reno, Nevada phone number.

I also go a recorded message from a "susan", saying that she was lonely....I saw the number last night, but didnt answer as I didnt know the #, and that message was left.....I too am on the do-not-call-list, plus it was my cell phone #.
