I just received a call from,Richard at the Federal Trade Commission asking for my hubby. I googled his return phone number to see what pops up. I am thankful others posted regarding this number, Now, my husband does not have to waste his precious time returning this call.

This caller has been scamming my brother for years, promising all kinds of money and receiving payments from my brother years! My brother has a brain injury and continues to be taken advantage of.

Told me I won Money.  Wouldn't tell me how or where it was coming from. Kept avoiding my question of where he was calling from, only saying "Nevada".
