I got a call blocker. It takes time to put in all the numbers, they call from a lot of different numbers. It works but so far the area code blocking didn't. I have to get more info on that. I have the cprcallblocker.

775-410-9306.  They wanted to refund me $1200. They wanted my drivers license number of course i refused then he threatend  to sue me for fraud. What a joke. He cant even speak proper english.    

Please, take your scam elsewhere.  Got hide under your chair in the Internet cafe and choke on some goa soup you mugu.

That's an entertaining line of BS! God! Scammers are just some of the densest people on the planet!

Unfortunately my elderly mom answered this call (bad idea unless you know the caller). Man with very heavy accent. Told him i work for state atty genl office and would sue if calls continued. He said you can't do that. i told him you betcha i can :-). Blocked # on my land line phone (thank u panasonic!).

P.s. these type of calls started soon after i purchased an extended warrantee on a fridge. Coincidence?

They called me this morning at 7:45.  A man said I owed $310 for a loan I had taken out.  I told him I didn't and hung up.  He called back and my husband answered and said I had left for work.  The man told him I owed $350.  My husband said they were mistaken and that we would take them to court.  T. Smith said if we wanted to avoid court we only had to give him a debit card number and it would be taken care of.  My husband got his name, T. Smith, and this phone number and said he'd call him back.  From what I have read above, I expect another call.

he called me too and the message was hector and assosiates law firm i had a lawyer check it out and it is a scam .... my thing to do i i am harrassing him now lmfao

this man from a nother country has been calling me and saying he wants to have sex with me and  and this is scary

I got a call at work from 410-988-7408 a couple of days ago. The guy asked for me and when I told him it was me on the phone he said "Oh thank God!" I knew instantly he was not legit. He went on to say they've been trying to contact me about a possible law suit and would I hold on for their legal office. I asked where he was calling from and he continued asking me to hold on. He proceeded to transfer me at which point I hung up. As all previous posters have said, he had a thick accent, possibly Indian? The called back and left a message asking me to call 775-410-1916. I did not call and they have not called again. I called the 410-988-7408 number and got a recording that I think sait it was the American Legal Purchasing Division. I also Googled that number and it comes up as Hector and Associates. If they call again I will tell them I reported the number to the FBI and local authorities. To hell with them! Scammers!!

they got me for $415.00 and tried to call me the next day to get $384 dollars. we need to do something about this because I want my money....

I've been receiving these scam calls for awhile now.  Anyone know how we can stop these scabs from calling?  Put me in jail?  They have very poor english and can't understand a word they are saying.  We need help to stop these scams.

I received a message dated on 1/28/11, but I did not see it untill today (6/16/11).. This man with a very heavy accent that I could hardly understand him. He called himself an officer so and so. He stated that there was a law suit filed against me for a company and asked me to call him back in a number 540-384-2078. I never heard back from this person.

my household received calls from this 7754101816 number today... the man on the phone was indian or something, claiming that we owed on a payday loan that none of us have ever taken out.... he was very rude and when things werent going his way he preceded to make derogatory remarks, saying that he was going to have intercourse with people in my family while he made me watch... how disgusting.... this is obviously a scam and i hope noone gets duped by this towelhead.... beware.... when i asked whos name was on the loan he couldnt tell me or give me any details about it...he called four times

I received a call from 7754101816 some foriegn speaking individual with a law firm.. I could not understand them.  They said I got a pay day loan from US Cash Advance and that I never paid it back.  After I argued with them and spoke with a 'supervisor' they hung up on me.  I called the number back and spoke with a 'supervisor' named Paul Jackson.. who insisted I took this pay day loan and wanted my SSN..which I am not that dumb!  After I tried to talk to this barely English speaking person they also hung up on me.  Only thing I understood is that I would have to go to the local court somewhere in Pennsylvania.. WHAT A SCAM!!!

This foreign speaking man has called me several times and left messages.  I am tired of this harassment and don't know how to stop it.  I have spoken to him, threatened him to report him to the police, reported him to the BBB and Foreign Trade Commission with nothing nothing happening because I don't know the name of the company.  This man never says who he works for, only a "so called" law firm.  He actually went as far as threatening me this time that I am going to lose my job, he will contact my personnel office and I won't be able to find a job for 6 months and then he will file charges against me!!  Who is this???  How can they get away with this crap?

Calling my job saying this is urgent.  Saying I owe them money.  Harrassing me on my job is not cool. Don't even know how they got the number!

I had gotten the same call saying payday advance was suing me for some bogus loans i never took out from them or anyone.it was definently a middle eastern man that barely spoke english.they threatened me saying that they were going to send police to take me out of my home & to hire a criminal lawyer.i laughed in the phone because I knew i hadnt taken out a loan and sensed something wasnt right.so one speaking to supposed supervisor i went off yelling and he told me i owed him 7000 which is impossible.they wouldnt give me any information.nothing!he even told me to shutup and when i started really digging into him he hungup on me.I got another calk on my voicemail today from a foreign man.I dont plan on calling back and If i do happen to answer one of their calls i plan on flippibg the script and telling them im going to sue them for harassment.also that i plan to report them to the authorities and see how quickly they hang up and stop calling.myself and my boss.

same issue with me,they called 7 more times and when i threatend to counter sue them they stopped called..i was so ready to call my lawyer.

I've gotten these calls twice now.  Each time they started out with a "problem" with my Social Security number.  Then they went into the loan spiel, once a car loan, and this latest was indecipherable due to a very thick Asian accent.  Each time I replied saying I'd not taken out ANY loans.  They both asked if I was sure.  I replied absolutely, positively, and they both said OK and hung up.  These did come in on my cell phone at odd hours, and it sounded like they were reading from a script.

Its a scam they called me also. I threatened to go to the police and the calls stopped.

You called making a crazy story about a lady that does not even have my number. Then you had a lady talk to me, then  I start asking questions and you the man gets on the phone. You idiot, you got really nerveus for some reason with your strong arab langauge. You spoke really bad english. You are now on a list of banned numbers you fool.

Please report this number to the local authories in your county, state, and federal Goverment.

I got this call but I sent them straight to voicemail they didn't leave a message so I am sure they will call back.

Received a call from #775-410-1816, did not leave a message.  When I called back the recording said soryy Magic Jack" customer is not available.  Who ever this could be is not operating a legitiment business.  It is also against a law for anyone to make threats in any way especially being arrested etc.or the person saying they are a "officer".  Do not give them time of day!

ITs true this is a SCAM they keep calling me from different numbers and today they called me at 6am!!! and when I calle back they answered HELLO in broken english people dont fall for it if they where ligit they would not call before or after business hours and they would defenitley answer the phone with a company name. What kind of company answers the phone with a hello. Which should all agree on a day and time and annoy with out phone calls to this lazy people
