I have been getting calls from this number once a day for the past week. I never answered since I did not recognize the number and they did not leave a message. Wonder how long it will take for them to stop calling me.

they just keep calling. I've told them I'm not interested in anything they have or I would have called them and ordered it my self. I am on the national don't call list but that is obviously a joke to these people cause nothing is done to them they're aloud to keep calling you have the number go get them stop sitting on your butt. They are rip off artists and you don't give a crap.

I got a call from this number this afternoon at 2:50pm, Saturday.  Caller ID listed "Name Unavailable", and no message was left.  I called back around 5:30pm, and I got the "operator's" note saying my call cannot be completed as dialed.  I've gotten random calls from mysterious numbers since I returned from overseas.  I like talking with them as if I'm going to "buy" something from them, or agree to their offers.  I'll avoid the personal questions and keep asking other questions making it sound like I'm so interested.  Sometimes I'll as if they have other contests or offers.  It's so funny when they realize that I'm never going to give them the info they want.  
I think I'll try the dispatcher one next time.  Thanks to all of those who pretended to be a cop, emergency dispatcher or with the FBI... those are all great ideas!

This is a ported number im fairly certain, when I tried to call it back, I got a popup that said international instuctions, it also shows the number with Me: so i think it might be Mexico, also this call came from my computer line (number through Yahoo) I dont have a land line. when I answered they hung up.

This number called me this morning at about 10:00 a.m. Arizona time and when I answered the call, I could hear someone on the other end and when I said "Hello" for the second time they just hung up on me. I have been getting these calls at my house constantly but I am usually at work. I'm getting tired of them. Does anyone know what to do to report these people and to get them to STOP?

They pressured my 15 year old son into revealing his bank information.  Where is the government we pay to protect us?  Why are these people allowed to steal freely?

I am back with one more thing.  The address he gave me is different from the other ones.  It is Utah or Upah rd in Las vegas nevada.

A guy keeps calling me with an india accent and said that I won the same thing as every one else.  He even told me my last name and the routing number of my bank.  I told him to fax me some info on this package and that I also was going to check into their company.  He seemed frustrated and I told him without this stuff I do not feel comfortable giving out my number.  He still got aggravated.  So I just hung up on him.  Still worries me that he could give me my routing number.  I sure hope that he can't do anything to my account.  I will be letting my bank's fraud department know.  Also, the call did not show any number, it said UNKNOWN.  ALL BE CAREFUL.

This was a call 5 minutes ago from a "Edwin Grey" from Unified Services, exclaiming I had won 1K shopping spree and a vacation and gave me the run-around about the 1.95 fee.  I just hung up without giving them any information except verifying my address.  

the only thing I'm worried about is this was a 900 number.  Was I charged for this?

Yep I have been getting the same thing for about 2 weeks now. They even called me on a Sunday afternoon. I think I will have some fun with them next time they call. These people are just what I thought they were scammers. Same deal as you guys get $1000 shopping spree and a 3 day 2 night free vacation in Cancun.  I will have some fun with them tomorrow.

Ive been getting calls from these b*****ds for the past... oh lets say... four months. It's become an every day thing and i talk to a different arabian everytime. I'm at the point where i've gone into fits of rage and curses and ethnic slurs (Really gets a good reaction out of em) to pretending i'm with the FBI, but they've not stopped calling. Has anyone reported this to the FBI?

Got a call from this number 20 minutes ago, stating that they had done a survey of my neighborhood and that was how they got my mailing address and phone number, hahahaha.  They called back five minutes later and I pretended to be a dispatcher for the local police department.

called 8:45pm. didn't answer because i didn't recognize the #. looked online and found this site, i'm glad now that i didn't talk to these jerks.

I got a call a few nights ago, at 6/9/07, 7:18 PM. He claimed to be Michael from United Services, something about my family has been selected for $1000 etc before I hung up. It was a one time thing, but every night since, I have gotten calls at the same time from 866-766-9616.

Among the last people I gave my phone number to was Proactiv. I think they might have sold my phone number.

Wish I would have researched this number BEFORE I answered! I kept getting call after call from this number. Stated I was "finalist" in winning $10K
wanted to verify if I had VISA MC or Discover I would get "free magazines" and free trip to Vegas. Then over the weekend another guy called wanting to verify info and get my bank information charge me $3.95. Told him to forget it.They called again few min ago...I didnt answer. Maybe I will try the suggestion earlier about saying police station etc.....
PS. they try and trick by coming up "restricted" too.

I never can answer, they only call during the day when I am busy. When I call back, I get a disconnected tone. Very annoying and persistent.

I looked the area code up and it is a Las Vegas area code - unless they only have a # from that area and are located somewhere else. I have looked repeatedly on Switchboard.com's Reverse Phone Search to get a location or company name or anything and it never finds anything so they are not registered under that #.

I keep getting these calls about three times in a few weeks, I don't pick up because the number in itself looks iffy to me, I wont call back because I'm not sure if its one of those "the call is worth 10000 dollars type deal" so, I would either just not answer because if they need me so bad they'll leave a message

every time I answer, there is no one there and when i call the number back it is a recording saying the number is incomplete.  sometimes it calls at 8am and wakes me up.  its VERY annoying

The number that keeps calling me is 775-678-5678. I havn't answerd yet. I am glad I researched it. Next time they call I will answer and tell them they are lying and I am going to report their scam and kick em in the balls.

they keep calling me at 8:40 to 8:50 every morning, most of the time i'm in school or sleeping, now they're calling me at work around 5:00 everyday also, i think i'll try the suggestion above about pretending to be a cop

I received a call on my phone from a number I didn't recognize. I didn't answer and waited for my voice-mail notification. Who ever it was that called didn't leave a message. I jump online to do a reverse phone # lookup and came across all of the above posts. Waiting to see if I get additional calls!

haven't answered, but they've been calling for weeks now. usually at around 10 am and then again around 8 pm never leaving a message.  Tried to call the number back and it says my call can't be completed as dialed even though I added a 1 to it.  It also doesn't sound like the usual operator voice

I recieved a call one day while i was at work and told them i was busy.  They called me back that same day and i then put them on hold.  They Hung up! These fools called me this morning barely speaking english. I said "i Can't even understand you and you want my checking account number", I then asked the fool for a number to caontact him back? The Fool gave me some 866 number for Call USA that leads absolutely no where! Before hanging up on them the fools( yes fools, it was a man and a woman both with idian accents), I had heard the first guy mention something about a confirmation Number for when i called the 1 866 line.  So when i requested the number the idiot became more confused and put on female that he claimed was his superviser.LOL. She sounded even more dumb when i informed her that i didn't believe them due to another phone call i had earlier this week from SCam Artists in Florida (Travel Life go direct).  Everyone do not give personal information such as checking account # or CRedit Card numbers to any outside groups that just popp up. Who wins a free vacation anyway?  The only thing that is to good to be True and yet still is TRUE is JESUS!

these people keep calling and just wanting to know if i have a bank card finally i let my husband answer my cell phone they stopped for awhile and now there back to doing it again its getting so bad that im ready to get my number changed

These people will not stop calling me. They call at least 4 times a day for two weeks now. How do I stop them?
