Reception put them through to my extension. No Caller ID ("unknown"). Screened them.

They left a 30 second voicemail message of keyboard clacking and keypad beeps.

here we go again...and the calls never cease....requested to be removed for calling list.

Called again today and tried to tell me they have no records of calling since OCtober of 2010....give me a break.

Well, obviously requesting to be put on the do not call list does not work. the calls begin again.

Came in on 12/27/11 (been off since 12/22) and found this in the missed call directory with the person calling listed as "T". Interesting since I work for a JnJ company which contracts all their phone systems out to Verizon.

This company has been calling my number for two years or more at least three times daily.  I have opted out at both the national and state level yet these idiots continue to call,  and when asked for their contact information they get rude and hang up.

Man called switchboard and asked for an employee in another state that is a researcher???  I asked him what he was calling in regards to.  The man said he just wanted to ask said employee what phone system he was using.  I let the man know he would need to talk to purchasing before he talked to an employee.  I sent him to purchasing while he jibbering on about why he needs to talk to the employee.  I dont care whose name you spit out you have to start with purchasing.  And the employee he asked for has asked me to screen his calls and he doesnt want to talk to anyone that isnt an internal employee.  So he will never make it past purchasing lol.

From day one this gal never identified herself or her company, wanted to speak with our IT director by name, I dumped her into voice mail, she came right back and asked for our HR director by name I told her he doesn't handle the phone service so like they did T above, she started asking me all these questions about our phone service to which I replied, "I would never give you that information" so she asked for IT again, dumped her into voice mail, again.  That was last week probably Friday, she or one of the other reps have been calling every day this week, same MO.  It is totally rude to call a company and not identify yourself or your company and they will always get voicemail.
She said you have a realy nice day but it was obvious by her tone of voice she didn't mean it.

Steve asked about our telephone needs. I suggested that he send an email with his request and if there is an interest we'll have his contact information on hand.

Call is fron MITEL.  I put caller on hold after SHE SNEEZED VERY LOUDLY INTO THE PHONE.  Good grief !!!!

Called & asked for our CFO, who also handles our phones, & as soon as I saw it was Mitel I just voicemailed 'em.

They call BACK & ask if she has an assistant or associate who can help, I say no, then they ask if there's anyone else who handles the phone service & I say that she's the only one, so they just say thank you & hang up.

I'm sure they'll be calling back & I'm sure I'll do the exact same thing.

I give them credit for one thing, at least they don't wuss out & come up as "UNKNOWN" they came up as "Mitel 773-954-1288."

They got transferred to my voicemail.   Heard a few seconds of someone humming to themself, then a hangup... dumbasses.

Annoying as hell. Rolled into voicemail. Seemed interested in our services. I did a quick Google search on their number and found this. Will not call back now of course.

Don't be afraid to be rude and offensive. Depending on what you say, you may be able to get them to stop bothering you.

Asked for our HR by name. I told the caller that I was unable to reach her at the moment and she could leave a voice message. She asked if that was the person who handles our phones (I lied and said yes, she really doesn't) The lady asked if there was someone else in that department I said nope only her. Next questions were how many locations we have and when will the next time be that decisions will be made with the phones (??) I told her I do believe management is pretty happy and content with our phone services at this time. She said oh no I am not trying to sell you anything and ask you to leave your contract I was just wondering when will be the next time that you can make the decision. She asked for our HR email so I gave it to her....good luck with that one lady. I know it won't be the last time I hear from them and yes you are trying to sell us something...waste of my time

Since they're so annoying and just keep calling - I'm not going to buy a damn thing from them AND we need phones right now!  How's that?

This number called my business and asked for the person that handles our phones.  When I said he wasn't in today, they proceeded to ask me for the IT director's email address and asked what brand of phone we use.  Yea, like I am telling you that information.  At any rate, they were nice and spoke english at least and said they would call back to speak to our IT guy.

A young, not especially articulate person calls, and without introduction asks for someone by his first name, in a weak attempt to suggest familiarity.  When asked who is calling, she says, "I'm with My-Tell" and rudely escalates in her demand to talk to someone she obviously has no idea of.  She promises to call back. Pathetic, but annoying.  Tomorrow I'll lecture her on how if she goes back to get a GED, she might be able to find a real job someday.

Yep I get this calls too. I added the number to my Black Berry. The name in my BB is Bull S*&%$ !

Calls daily!  Been ignoring the call for a couple of weeks.  Accidentally picked it up yesterday. I asked "is this a sales call" and was told "no, wanting to know when I'd be open for a proposal on my phone needs". I told them no thank you.  Called again today!
