Past few days I've been receiving calls from this number at all the hours of the day.  Called at 3 am and in the morning and afternoon.  Sometimes calls come in as unknown name; it's the same caller though as they call back with this number immediately after. Today I finally picked up the phone and heard some f...king foreigner repeating "hello, hello"; when I answered, he just kept repeating himself.   If I find out who it is; they better be scared, because I will find them and dish out my own justice.
