I get this from NUMEROUS differnt numbers up to 5 times a day.  When I press 1 and either rip them one, or be nice to get info, i get hung up on.  ONCE the gentlemen informed me I had a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and some other credit card.  Guess what I have NO credit cards.  He argued with me about it.  So I told him i was only 15 (hoping this would stop the calls) NOPE they continue.  Now i tell them i am recording and pressing charges, as I am on the "Do Not Call" list and i get GO AHEAD BI***!! Well what did happen to that DO NOT CALL list, it does NOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!

I received a phone call today from "card services" regarding my final notice to lower my rate on my credit card. I pressed 1 on my phone to speak to an operator so that i can get more info on the company that was calling. I knew it was a scam. I just wanted to get more info to report them to the FTC. Anyways, when an operator got on the phone and I asked about what credit card they were calling about, they hung up. I tried calling them back but the recording says the number is no longer available.
The phone number that showed on my phone is the same, except for the area code... 771-664-4005

Recording from Account Financial Services and then said this was my final notice to lower my rates.  Funny thing is they have called a dozen times saying this is my final notice.  LOL I WANT MY FINAL NOTICE!!!!

Account financial services.  Had our name and address. offering 6.9% on cc balances.  Asks for account numbers, so I asked about the compnay and caller hungup.
