Got call from this number, broken English said I was chosen to receive a promotion from VMS, Versatile Marketing Solutions. I questioned him about the name and he had difficulty spelling it. I asked where he was andhe said Providence RI. I asked his nationality and he said he was from Ontario. At that point I called him a liar and he continued his pitch.
