Scammers. They are harassing as well. I've told them to stop calling, but they call everyday. Its been over a week. Don't give them any info

I received 3 calls comming from Vancouver,it costed me over 7.00$ . I wonder why I have to pay that?

Have been receiving a call from this number at work every day for over a week.  Claim they want to confirm our address and then put us on hold.  Now I just hang up on them every time they call.  (Sherbrooke, QC)

Same thing happened that last 3 days.  Guys just hangs up when I try and give him my address.  I refuse to give my last name, that's when they hang up.  Don't think you need my name to verify a address that's everywhere on the internet

Just got a call at work. Lady with an East Indian accent kept talking over me and calling me "madam", asking me to confirm our address so they could send us tech support info or something. Then she said "one moment while I pull up your file" and when I heard a click like she had put me on hold, I hung up. I don't have time for this garbage. The connection was terrible.

called again - got them to spell the name for me - Tech SOS on-line - was transfered, told them I wasn't really interested and then dead air...
Tired of all these bogus calls!!!

Pretended to call "on behalf of" American Express. When asked to take me off their telemarketing list, caller got aggressive.

Yes it's the same as every one.Seems they really can't and don't want to accept a no.
They just don't stop calling.

I have received this call almost every day for the past 2 weeks. I answer the phone and they hang up.

Thursday July 19, 2012- 3:00pm - just got a call from 778-300-1044. Girl transfered me to a guy named Shavon (sp?). He said he needed to confirm my business number for some technical assistance ....(did not get the rest). He blurted thru his speech. I told him we were not interested in anything he was offering and he hung up.

They are Technical SOS.
They used 7170954360002 this time, but normally, their number is 778-300-1044.

Watch out, they will ask you your mailling address.
DON'T GIVE IT.

TOLL FRAUD

I have had this person call me since monday. its not friday. Every day! i answered on monday and when she went to transfer me i hung up. tuesday i answered and when she went to transfer me she hung up! so wed, thurs and fri i ignored their calls but they keep calling. When i asked " why do you want to confirm my business addrress?" she said " yes maam we will confirm maam please stay on the line maam i will transfer your now maam" -

i didnt get any answers and i refuse to take their calls now. Scammers!

Received numerous calls from them as well. Always saying they are calling to verify my info for my IT services, and that a packag will be mailed out.

My suggestion:
Fill out the info to complain against them on the CRTC website.

We are receiving calls from this number asking us for some business information.  When we call back we are put on hold and then disconnected

getting a call from this number every day at my working place. we are in montreal . first times a lady trying to transfer me, but everytime was cutting off. then one day i got angry and told them i don't have the time to be put on hold and then to be cut off after a few minutes. after , i started to answer and hang up. today again... a man calls and transfers me, to "verify" our account information. i say ok, then he asks me my name.... i asked him why he needs my name, he said " madam, it's just a name" then i said " in this case ... let's just say a name like ...melisa" and he hung up lol . they keep calling every single day!

Same thing happening to our business line. We are in Ottawa. I told her she already contacted us and she doesnt care, still tries to transfer. WE need to report this number!

this same woman keeps calling... same deal, asking to confirm info.  i told her i was not allowed to give out that info and she said "you're not giving out any info, i already have it, i'm just asking to confirm" ... at that point i hung up, she's called before.  if she already has the info then why is she trying? simple... scam!

they are scammers from INDIA please, be aware do not give any of ur information!!!

this sound like scam, she just asking for information and address but i never give, they call every day and i dont answer almost there phones, they used different numbers, 7783001044, V6131146800023;7806280030;V61409352300024 AND THEY HAVE INDIAN ENGLISH which wire and make people hate them because there are scammers and disturbs other,

Got a call from this number today.  The girl wanted to verify my address and to give tax support information.  I told her to call back in two hours.

scam , calling on a voip from india . once i got transfered to an agent and said his name was jason,
i gave him the run around , kept asking him if his first name was jay and how do you spell your last name is it son or sun , he got upset and asked if i never heard of the name jason , but i kept bugging him and he got more annoyed and finally hung up .
got the same thing again yesterday from indian woman
it doesnt matter if you ask to be taken of the list , they wont , just save the number in your phone and when you see it on the call display just asnwer and hang up
it is obviously a scam or they just want to verify your mailing address so they can sell your info .

Keep receiving the same calls at our buisness daily, when we ask what its for she keeps talking quickly like she never heard you. We waited for a pause and said "excuse please, she said yes, we said please please remove us from any sort of calling list" she just Hung up and we got the same call the following day.

Frustrating

We have been receiving the same calls for two weeks  They have been told several times to stop calling but they continue to be persistant.  I refuse to give them any information, it is very suspicious.
I would advise everyone to not give out any info or confirm your address.
