Received a call on 20070806 at 11:50am from someone claiming to be from the Conservative Party of Canada.

Stop calling.  You are  becoming a pest.  Take me off your list.

Got a call from this number. Picked up.Male asked for Darlene "somebody"  ISaid you have the wrong number. Male said sorry to disturb you ma'm.
Male sound like a punk/ aggressive.

Donor Care Center for Search and Rescue Society of British Columbia. I did not answer but called back to an instant voice mail. This is a solicitation call as they want your money. Probable take 60% for themselves and give 40% of the rest to the charity like most call charity places.

I too got the Search and Rescue Society of British Columbia (SARBC) spiel.

Caller identified himself as working for RBG and was soliciting donations for the Search and Rescue Society of British Columbia, which previously used their own volunteers to do this work.  So I suspect RBG is a "boiler room" operation working for a cut of the donations they obtain.  As such they probably work for many different organizations, including political parties.

I live in Vancouver, BC and a woman from this number has been repeatedly calling my MOTHER (who lives in Southern Ontario!) asking if I live there.  I do not even go by the name they were asking for.  It is serious harrassment!  I tried calling the 778-371-5542 all day and I got the same voice mail recording as what has been described on the posting (tho the mailbox is full.)  I will be reporting this to the police on Monday.  They had the audicity to call her a t 11pm on a Saturday evening.  Highly inappropriate.  Hang up on these people ASAP, and DO NOT identify who you are.  Safety first.  Thank you everyone and take care.

Damn...they called me and I wish I would have had the chance to let the scum know what i thought...and the fact i'm wasting my vote in the next election.  No sense in voting for any of the mainstream political parties.  One is no different from the other.  Theyre all selling us out.  Research the Security and Prosperity Partnership, people.  First Martin, then Harper.  No difference.  They all bow to their corporate masters and our needs are never met.

Two calls in two days, did not pick up, and caller did not leave a message.

I actually called them back, just to see where my call went.  I got a voicemail box with a woman's voice saying "Hi, you've reached the Conservative Party of Canada, please leave your message at the end of the tone, thank you" (exact quote).

Now if the Conservatives were really interested in my vote, don't you think they'd try to avoid pissing me off by not leaving these annoying hang-up messages?

I entered a report in August and here, they've started up again two months later--every night now for the last few days. Never leave a message. They have phoned as early as 8:35am and as late as 9pm.

This number calls our home phone nightly b/t 6:20 and 6:50 p.m.  No message, no one answers if we pick up.

This number called and was listed as "British Columbia" on call display; didn't leave any message.

Received a call from this phone number bit did not pick up - second time the call has come through - same time both nights.

Call missed. No message. I returned the call and "the mailbox is full" for "General Inquiry Line" No idea who this is.
