They ask me about the password - which no any will do anywhere
Be careful - this is very important methodology how they like to still your identity

This is a legitimate HSBC number. I received a call from them with regards to a debit card change. I then called my nearest HSBC branch and they confirmed the number was in fact an HSBC representative.

also received this number after the automatic voice lady wanted me to do a survey, she said do you want us to call you back ,and then gave that number then she said is there another number that you would like us to call you back on,but at this time I was getting a LITTLE worried sam heck where was that number coming from and thinking all sorts of terrible things that could happen to my bank account , not than I have much in it ,,but I would like to keep what I got,,

This is the call line for HSBC in British Columbia.  It was a legit call in response to an application for an account.
